Hiring Felicia to help us plan and book our trip to Spain was the BEST call. Now that the trip is complete, I know we would have felt lost on so many levels trying to figure out how to get the most out of our 10 days there. From the plane tickets, timing, tours, where to stay, how long, all the logistics of traveling by train, rental car, etc. - Felicia made it all tangible and easy. She worked with us to really understand what we wanted out of the trip and plan accordingly. I can say with out a doubt - she made this trip the best it could be. I also loved that she kept in communication regarding getting into our apartments, and delays on flights and such. We felt truly taken care of. Her knowledge of travel and 'how-to' is indispensable. What little we did on our own as far as planning made me appreciate all the more just how much she puts into her clients. Highly recommend!

Felicia has been such a blessing to me and my family! With her help, my parents and I were able to make our dream trip to Paris a reality. We were traveling with a portable wheelchair for my Mom, and Felicia helped us with tips for wheelchair assistance and accessibility in the places we we would be visiting, like Normandy, The Louvre museum, and the Eiffel Tower. Because of her forethought and insight, I was able to navigate everything with the confidence I needed. I would highly recommend her to anyone planning a trip! Absolutely fantastic! Felicia is so knowledgeable about so many places and works tirelessly to try and fit in everything you want to do as well as offer options you didn’t even know existed! This was my first overseas trip, first trip with just me and my son, and first flight for me in almost 30 years! WOW !!!! Felicia is the Travel Planner EXTRODONAIRE!! Every single detail of our trip is planned (except for times we want to be flexible). Flights, hotels, trains, car rental, event/adventure reservations, dinner reservations as needed, and she made awesome recommendations for various things for us to do at each point along our journey thru Bavaria, Germany! Quick and THOROUGH communication from day one. She will plan your trip for you or let you be as involved as you prefer. Felicia planned a trip for 6 (family of four plus two grandparents) to New York City. Her attention to detail was phenomenal. She considered our ages, interests, food preferences and physical fitness. She even listed all the distances from hotel to all attractions (via walking, subway and taxi), purchased advance tickets, checked all six of us into our flights and arranged transportation to and from the airport. Then to top it all off, Felicia included many tips on helpful apps to download, proper New York etiquette, as well as, cautionary tales. She didn't miss a beat. Felicia Ramos is the best! I had a family emergency out of state and needed to book flights, reserve hotel room and get a rental car. I did not know where to start so decided to reach out to a travel agent for help. I am so glad I called Imagination Travel and connected with Felicia.
She was very responsive, compassionate, and highly competent! She booked our flight and sent us our boarding passes for a stress-free flight. Our hotel room was ready when we arrived in the middle of the night. There was one issue where a hold was placed on our credit card by the hotel, for 6x the cost of the room. Felicia sprang to action and within a few hours got the funds released. She also managed to get us a credit voucher for our trouble! Felicia went above and beyond what any other travel agent would. I highly recommend her for any of your travel needs!!
