Returning customer: previously had the wireless internet service. The customer service was great and the service itself was ok. Wireless internet in my rural setting is just too slow for my needs.
Fast forward to this past month and I am returning to Imagine Networks but as a FIBER customer! Starting with the installation appointment, Imagine gave me a specific TIME they were going to be there, not a timeframe (i.e. 8am-2pm). The installer arrived 10 minutes early, this has never happened with other ISPs (im looking at you Spectrum/Time Warner, AT&T, etc)! The installation went reasonably smoothly, few hiccups, but nothing major. By that afternoon I had a 10x speedup in my internet service! As I have only had this service for less than a day, my review will end with installation, but from my previous service, I am not too concerned with that. Thank you Imagine Networks

Would give this company -1 stars if I could. Spotty service. Zero customer service. Was able to move to tmobile after a couple months and when I tried to cancel was put on hold time and again. 5 months later found out that they were still charging a credit card that no longer existed and the notifications were going to spam email. Now they insist that I owe them 500 dollars for services that were never used and basically call me a scumbag. Never again. I'll be calling the BBB

Our service is great! All the installers were very helpful and did a great job. We have been waiting for internet service since 1988 and so happy to finally have. Thank you so much Imagine Networks when no one else would give us Internet access.

5-Star installation. Trench operator was top notch. Kept both yard and flower bed looking like they were not even touched while fiber installer was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. Extremely satisfied overall resulting in a very deserving 5-star rating for this Imagine Network Team!!

We live back a very long lane with many obstacles including a stone wall. The gentlemen that came got the job with no problems. They did an excellent job and the service is so much faster and more reliable than what we had before. GOOD JOB!!
