Wish I could put zero stars. This place is a joke. We planned on going here for my cousin’s birthday. Made the reservation online with ample time. We drove almost 2 hours just to get a call saying this place cancelled on us hours before our reservation. Don’t waste your time going here. I’ve done more than 10 escape rooms never had such bad service. Drive the extra time to rancho they have plenty of more variety and better service.

Celebrated my son's 17th birthday. Booking, parking, check-in process and hosts were great. Awesome customer service. They were very responsive and accommodating throughout the entire booking process. Teens had a great time working together in the Stark Lab and finished 5 minutes before time ran out. Host set up a table in the hall for us to use after. I brought in food/drinks and cleaned up before we left. Looking forward to returning and trying other rooms. Highly recommend trying this place out. Best to book in advance for larger groups. ?

Went with friends for my Husband's 53rd Birthday and we had a BLAST!!! First time any of us had ever been to an escape room so we weren't really sure what to expect and let me tell you, we were NOT disappointed, & our host "Regan" (hopefully spelled right?)was FANTASTIC ? ?& we solved it with only 30 seconds to spare We all had so much fun, definitely getting together again for the other rooms they have ? & DEFINITELY RECOMMEND SO MUCH FUN, TOTALLY 5 STARS ?

My brother and I just did the Tony Stark room and had a blast. I forgot our game master's name but she did a fantastic job. She was helping us, another group and resetting a different room. She knew what we had done and what hint we needed. This is a great business with unique style rooms. Must visit

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Impossible Escape in Hesperia, thanks to our amazing host, Riley! From the moment we walked in, Riley made us feel welcome and set the tone for an exciting adventure. The escape rooms themselves were incredibly well-designed, with clever puzzles and immersive themes that kept us on our toes the entire time. Riley's enthusiasm and passion for the escape room experience were evident, making our visit even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a fun and challenging activity, I highly recommend Impossible Escape. Don't forget to ask for Riley—she's the best!

My husband and I had a great time. We did Jared’s room and it was lots of fun. The young lady Reagan was extremely helpful and a pleasure to be around. Definitely recommend! =)

We did the Impossible Stark Lab. It was perfect! I asked for the "easiest" room because I had my 8 year old niece and it was perfect! It had various levels of difficulties so it was still enjoyable for me, but also allowed my niece to solve some of the clues without any help. The story was fun and made it exciting for kids too. Definitely a great way to bond. The price for kids is a bit steep, but since I only had the one kid plus the discount it was okay. Definitely coming back again!
