I don't like writing reviews and this is only my second one - BUT felt compelled to do so. I have stayed at the Iron Masters prior to new owner and it was barely ok. The new owner has transformed the Inn to a new standard. The rooms have been remodeled, look great, new beds, pillows, furniture - it is amazing. What stood out the most is it's super clean, the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, pillows were awesome. I can't wait to go back. The new owner is very welcoming and personable.|He did things the right way, didn't cut any corners. Thank you!!!!

We stayed for 2 nights and had a room why two queens. ||Pros:|Large room |Clean |Large tv |Clean fridge (but we didn’t use it)|Friendly service |2 waters & coffee machine ||Cons:|Very Small bathroom |Not a lot of area around the sink to put toiletries |Front door lock didn’t work |Thin door in general ( we would never leave our child alone)|Thin walls |Check in area was really dumpy & did not present well. ||It definitely was fine to sleep in - not sure if we’d return but totally fine.

Without question the best hotel in the Lakeville/Salisbury area. The owner, Rory, is always making improvements. New TVs, coffee makers, amenities, etc. Clean, quiet rooms with great service. And a great Mexican restaurant right next door. Closest thing to a Ritz Carlton in whole western state.

The Inn is a great place to stay within the area, the owner was very easy to talk to and accommodating.. we had to find a place at the very last minute and fortunately for us, he called back right away and offered not only to assist but to wait for us to arrive and greet us.

The rooms are all new, nicely decorated and most importantly extremely clean with a nice touch from the staff.. there is also a restaurant literally a few steps away, which makes this extremely convenient as well.

Will most certainly come back and stay at this location, thank you to the staff & great management !

This hotel is under new ownership as of a couple of years ago and it is a totally different place and so nice! Totally renovated and redecorated including the landscaping. We checked in by chance because we were having home renovations done and needed to relocate. The owner was very nice to welcome us in late at the last minute. The room is bright, fresh and colorful and tastefully done. Has a Keurig coffee maker (perfect for us) , fridge/freezer, work desk, two comfy chairs inside to watch TV creating a little living room area. Super clean inside and comfortable. Light blocking blinds, ice machine available and even two private Adirondack chairs out front of the door to use and chill out on for a glass of wine or coffee. Free strong WiFi worked great and helped us get some work done. Great location to explore all the beautiful NW CT and Mass towns and also upstate NY. Will recommend for our family to stay when they come visit and also friends who want a nice place to stay. Reasonable rates when we stayed and so well worth the several night stay.

Very clean, neat, quiet, with adequate temperature controls. Staff very friendly and helpful. Didn’t watch TV except to spin around the dial - not much of a selection, but that’s not what I came for. Reasonable price. |Had to come up with 18 more characters to submit review….LOL

These are great rooms. Simples, spacious, clean. Iron Masters is underrated. Rory always super helpful. Perfect for Lime Rock Park track days as plenty of parking, even for a trailer. Mexican restaurant next door is decent too. No breakfast but good cafes nearby.

Stay here for a wedding we had near by at the end of August , I can't say enough the owner very personal. the room was top 5 I've stayed in, room extra clean. Shower and bathroom clean. Mexican restaurant walking distance fantastic. I'll Come back to stay just because of the area and thing too. Thank you again staff management again.
