Comfortable, clean, great shower! Really no complaints, this place was perfect for our family of 4 for one night. We were delayed on the road and they were more than fine with us checking in at 2am. Parking lot felt safe at such a late hour, too.

Rooms were clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. We stayed in a room with a king size bed and pull out couch. Having a microwave and small fridge was nice. Really convenient location to the downtown and yummy restaurants. ||My car ended up having a dead battery and the staff went above and beyond helping us jump my car. Such helpful and friendly staff. Thank you so much for having us and we will be back for sure!

I highly recommend this hotel!! My wife and I were in my classic car and it started to snow pretty heavy, so we stopped for the night. The gentlemen that were working there were wonderful!! They provided me with a tarp and bean bags for my car to be covered! They are the nicest people I have ever met at any hotel! They even provided me with some microfiber towels the next morning as my defrost was not working very well. Thankful for people like this!

Beautiful location. Very spacious and clean room. Kids loved the bunk beds which is rare to find in a hotel. Will be back for sure. Front desk was very nice and even suggested some places for dinner which we went and it was delicious! Also in a very cute mountain town

The room was decorated nicely and was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The shower was clean and the water pressure and temperature was excellent. We traveled with our pup and they were very welcoming. We will definitely stay here again next time we go to Mount Shasta!

Excellent experience. Beautiful, clean, comfortable rooms and very reasonably priced. Perfect stay experience. Beautiful area. We will definitely return. Great location. Original Black bear restaurant .8 miles, also and excellent place . The view was breathtaking.

The room was super clean and it was very quiet. Could not hear anyone outside or if there was someone in the next room. |Even though there wasn’t a bathtub the shower was nice with hot water. They had convenience dispensers in the shower with body soap, shampoo and conditioner. They also had them by the mirror with body lotion and hand soap.|Will definitely stay again!

The staff were so friendly and helpful, my husband only drinks decaf coffee so I asked the gentleman at the front if they happened to have any and he gladly gave me two pods to make in our room. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The shower was lovely with awesome water pressure! We will definitely stay again.
