This was easily the worst healthcare experience I’ve ever had. I came in scared, experiencing chest pain and shortness of breath, and instead of feeling cared for, I was made to feel like it was my fault. The nurse never introduced himself, and I only saw him twice—once when he walked in and again when I received my medication. I was told someone would check on me shortly after giving me the meds, but over two and a half hours passed, and not a single person came to see how I was doing. The lack of communication and compassion was completely unacceptable.

The only person who showed any care was the tech, Stephen—he was the only one who made me feel like I mattered. I truly hope this facility addresses these issues because no patient should ever be made to feel this neglected, especially in such a frightening situation. Unfortunately, after this experience, I would rather suffer through the pain than return here. If the goal is to make patients feel unwelcome and afraid to come back, they’re succeeding. If you don’t have the compassion to be a nurse, maybe it’s time to find a different job in the field.

Brought by ambulance, placed on gurney in hallway for5 hrs waiting for bed. Kept in ER on gurney from Saturday to Monday late afternoon. Been in comfortable room since. In hospital defense, people waiting in ER waiting room stacked like firewood waiting for ER rooms. Best advice, AIWAYS use soap and water, sanitizer doesn't cut it...

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The staff are not welcoming when you ask a question they respond in a tone as if they are annoyed and wondering why your’re bothering them as if they don’t work in a hospital and are here to care for their patients. They begin to try to push you out the door before they even fully investigate your complaints. I’ve had zero test ran on me but somehow they begin to try to throw solutions out there they’re willing to try prior to knowing what’s causing the issue. I believe this hospital is one big liability to the community and is not a place I will trust with myself or the people I love.

Our experience was so bad that I do not even want to give them 1 star. Took my sister and niece into the hospital er. My sister has an infected finger that has already had 2 rounds of antibiotics prescribed and has not fixed it. Instead of looking why this is still infected, The resident doctor prescribed her a dose of antibiotics that were weaker then ones she has already taken and told her to go home.

My niece is 4 months pregnant and was experiencing pain. They made her sit there and did not diagnose her pain. Eventually they got an ultrasound to look at the baby to make sure it was still moving. After 5 hours the nurse still could not give us the results of the ultrasound or any of the tests taken. They would not allow my wife to go back with her to the ultrasound even though my niece is 17 and a minor. After 5 hours they told my niece that she had a UTI, gave her meds and sent her home. We still did not get any discharge papers or the ultrasound cv from them even after multiple requests. Just telling us to go to the portal and get our discharge papers from there.

My wife would constantly look for the nursing staff and would often find them outside sitting and chatting away instead of looking after their patients. If asked questions she would be given attitude and be ignored.

One of the most incompetent and dangerous hospitals we have ever been to. I would think 4 times before going to this hospital.

I wouldn’t take my sick fish here, they way dr.mary K. Voit Treated Me on 12/21/23 was absolutely disgusting and disrespectful. I cried about this pain and this lady asked me what kind of “Drugs” Was I Looking for. As a woman of color we’re never heard in the OB Area we’re always lying about pain. Tried to stick me with a needle on dirty sheets with someone else Blood and Urine on the back of the bed. Never cleaned room or anything . A dog would’ve gotten treated better than me. This makes me wanna move back to PA for OB I Need. PennMedicine Would’ve Never Done This. Be a Better Doctor to All Patients Of All COLORS AND RACES. Dr.Voit !

Took my 8 year old here over the summer for dehydration from a stomach virus, they were unhelpful. They took a urine sample said he had a uti and gave him antibiotics and zofran and sent us home. 12 hours later we rushed him to CHOP where we learned his kidneys were shutting down due to severe dehydration and he was admitted for 3 days because he needed so much fluids. The doctors there described his blood results as “shocking” and said they don’t often see cases of dehydration so severe. Inspira gave him no fluids at all the night before and didn’t really bother to check for his level of dehydration, also after CHOP reviewed his tests he didn’t even have a uti… the bathroom also had blood all over it and when I told a nurse they told me “I don’t know use a different bathroom.” This was the worst hospital experience we’ve ever had and we’ve been to doctors/hospitals in various parts of the country. I sent this all to their email for complaints and never heard back except last week I received a bill from a Dr in the hospital who never even laid eyes on my child (his PA was the one who “examined” him and did nothing helpful). Thank God we ended up at CHOP I’d never go to Inspira again for anything ever.

Misdiagnosis that caused a second visit 24 hours later due to prescribing wrong medication. They didn’t forget to bill as much as possible both times! You’re better off passing away!

Brought my daughter in around 1pm to emergency for severe abdominal pain. CAT scan showed appendicitis and by 6pm she was taken upstairs for surgery. Surgery was a success. The surgical team and the emergency staff were all wonderful. We even got to take her home that night. Emergency staff was busy but attended to my daughter’s needs and treated her with compassion and kindness. We were so happy with our experience.
