If you pay this hotel enough as a bribe they will hide any of your dirty secrets. Caught committing domestic violence on their camera system? Never mind they don't care about it. Disgusting. This hotel should be burnt down and all management sacked then you should donate all your profits to domestic violence victims you crumbs.

The elevator system was super complicated. I know it's for security but did not like it. What if someone has an emergency. And valet was super slow called them 40 mins feom my room to get my car amd my car was not there. They charged a lot for valet.

My girlfriend and I were having an amazing vacation until a guy came running out of his room and started hitting his girlfriend in the elevator lobby. I thought this was a desirable area of Los Angeles. Next time we will stay in Compton

Best hotel so far. Service efficient and courteous,the concierge Rosy organized for us excellent tours. Breakfast was amazing : food excellent ,the staff could not be better. Great espresso ! . We had dinner at the restaurant : great, everything we ordered was perfect and our two waiters made us feel the most important people there . The bar makes great coctails!
Our room was very comfortable,clean and with a wonderful view over LA,the area is very safe.
Overall has been a wonderful experience

I got to say what Great service, everyone was really friendly. Big comfortable rooms. Awesome continental breakfast (though very expensive. i really enjoyed the room that I stayed at with its space, comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. The customer service has been excellent. I contacted them about my sunglasses that I left in my room and they were able to locate them and mail it back to me without any hassle or delay. Service like this separates the great hotels from the good ones.

Stayed here for a business trip so I didn't make use of all the services but my stay was very comfortable. The rooms are nice and clean and I slept great. I was really impressed with the housekeeping. The house car was really handy for getting around the local places. Very nice, professional staff. Looking forward to my next trip.

We stayed in a downtown-facing suite which was absolutely gorgeous. The view was incredible, and the amenities were above and beyond average. The bathroom had several complimentary kits, a robe, slippers, and soft towels. The couch in the living room was very comfortable, the TV was nice, and they also had a Keurig and K-cups in the room (which were not a part of the mini-bar, totally included). The rooms were clean and the shower was even nicer than mine at home. We loved InterContinental.
