They gave us a clean area to work with. The owner is super friendly, they have freshly painted the walls and over all it was good place to work with. The deposit was decent amount compared to other places. The area we rented has small room with light and mirror to get ready and change with 2 bathrooms.

Horrible place to rent for any events and costumer service is horrible as well. Also, it smell like pee 🤮and I found cockroaches. Place is not even clean and they aspect us to clean.

Horrible place, please don’t waste your money on this hall. It was really dirty when we arrive, but the manager told us to clean it after our function. There was cockroaches everywhere and the whole bathroom area smells like pee. They also told us we’d have about 4 hour to decorate the hall before our function, but at last minute he bailed on us.

Have had a horrible experience with him. I made reservations last year 2021, paid the $400 deposit after that he couldn't be reached at all because I wanted to change the date of my event. I called, left voice mail no respond so I endedup booking another place.I had to ask other people to pretend like they wanted you book with him. Finally got hold of him today and can't give my money.
They are a scanner to will scan you and get horrible money. I don't trust them

HORRIBLE! (PLEASE VIEW MY PHOTO’S) Do not waste your money. We rented this place for a baby shower and the experience was awful. Unfortunately I seen the reviews after I made the NON REFUNDABLE $200 deposit. I rented the 2nd largest room when we arrived immediately I noticed that the place had not been cleaned( but they expect for you to clean after function). It begin to rain and the ceiling begins to leak , I notified the manager as he went and grabbed a bucket. IT WAS TERRIBLY EMBARRASSING to have guest coming in looking at the bucket full of water that was in the middle of the entrance. The owner never apologized or even try to fix the issue. To make matters worse THEY HAVE ROACHES!! Don’t waste your money on this dump, please make sure you avoid this place.

This place was dirty also dusty paint chips all on floor against the wall by kitchen trash 3 bags from last party floor dusty as well he never gave back deposit because he makes up stuff just to keep it bathrooms was nasty had to clean before party trash from other people's parties out side we had to pick up also clean up glass broken on side walk they wouldn't even clean before party

We just had our wedding and reception here and I will never rent this place again. I wasted my money because all of our guests stayed outside most of the time because it was sooo hot inside. We told multiple people and they claim to have brand new furnace, then the next day guest was blamed for turning air off .. IT WAS ALWAYS ON AND NOT WORKING PROPERLY ...

Horrible Customer service. Was told the room was available and we banked on having Shower there and had only a few days do to private issues .None the less he rented the room the next day to someone else after showing us the room and telling us to bring the deposit. When trying to understand what happened he had us Wait for over an hour for him to get there to show the room and then the only room available was double the budget and yelled at me. Poor Poor Customer service
