I had some error issues when booking a cruise through the website and used the chat facility to get some help. Girlie assisted me and was very informative and did her best to get my booking sorted out. Unfortunately there were technical issues, which she has promised to sort out, I am looking forward to confirmation of our reservation. Thank you Girlie for your time and kind assistance.
