This office lost my review form and are completely complacent in their responsibility. I'm on a medical leave, pay taxes, I get 65% of my pay which pays bills. No money left for food. So i get food stamps. I've had issues with "lost forms" in the mail. So I was told by dhs to turn into the office, that way it's stamped no worries. Did that this month. 2 days priority mail to processing center, 48 hrs to upload into the system. 4 days it's been.... still not uploaded. Almost 10 days later. Here's the kicker the manager Jackie says" if " you turned it in. I did. Smh Your office Stamped it. I told them check your records. She says we don't keep record we just mail them. If you turned it in they would have it...... I would think you would notate my acct review turned in and date it. Nope they have no responsibility. my tax dollars hard at work. Some ppl don't deserve to work in this work they are uppity and judgemental ppl. Like their better than you. When I'm not on leave i make more than you so.... anyway she tells me 're apply.. So I'm like ok ill just tell my hungry kids to wait an extra 30 days because your office lost my form.. she says they don't loose forms. You did obviously. Told her check video cameras we turned it in. She says what do want me to do ... uh find my form, your office had it, your responsibility. She says.. We got thousands working there. Well figure out, once i turn it in its your responsibility.. They could check cameras, and say I see you brought it in, we will call your worker and expedite your review if you turn in a new one. If i re apply i loose 10 days worth. Garbage this office is garbage, and I'm concerned my information is just floating somewhere. News flash no employee ever messes up at dhs.... friken laughable, how about accountability. Thanks... bet my form mysteriously shows up after this review

I called during business hours to report a SNAP benefits card I found and wanted to know where to turn it in or how to return it to the owner who lost it. I called several times and never got to talk to a person. I pressed "3" for "if you need assistance" and kept getting looped back through the long answering machine message each time. I wish there was a human answering the phone about my human services question instead of an unhelpful automated recording.

DHS is corrupt and dont care about our constitutional rights. They legally kidnap children. I never had a good experience with the department of human services.

I can't seem to get anyone on the phone to answer questions. Then I try the on line app for food stamps-part a and b--I can't get the online keyboard to work. I have disabilities and it's hard to get around. I need help.
