Positive: Nothing except nice bathrooms. TP paper should have been changed. Negative: No outlet visible to plug in CPAP MACHINE. Outlets behind vecroed panel under end table. No way to charge cellphone at bed except to use hidden outlet. No coffee pot. No microwave. Alarm clock was unplugged and alarm function not available.

We stayed over the weekend and had a pretty decent time. Checked in right away and our room was huge, clean and loved the big walk-in shower. The other couple we were with to celebrate a birthday with, had a horrible experience. They couldn't check in right at 4pm due to the room not being ready and 30 minutes or less in their room after waiting for over an hour to check in, found a bed bug near the shower. The housekeeper supervisor was very nice though and took them down personally to the front desk to discuss things. Just please do a thorough check when entering your room. Just because one room is clean, doesn't mean the next one will be. If we had not known our friends had issues, our experience would've been even better. I do have to say they keep their casino clean and well secured. The non-smoking room was fantastic considering it was all open with the rest of the casino - a night and day difference, really. We ate at The Brew Brothers and right at the get go, our waitress warned us of a 45+ minute wait but we decided to go ahead and order anyways. Food was brought out and all really good. Our wings were cold but they re-made us some and they were perfect. Our waitress was so nice. Watching the back, I think the kitchen staff do need to speed up to keep up with the demand. But had a good experience here. We did check out the pool/hot tub after 10pm for adults only. They did a great job having security come by every so often. Hot tub was HOT and jets could work a bit better but we just enjoyed being in the quiet and having a drink. Overall, it was a good getaway but probably won't stay again for a while knowing our friends had issues. Will be back to gamble though.

Been going here for years. Newly redone pool area and game room for kids. Guest rooms have been updated. Casino is always changing and getting new games. They also have a great rewards program.

Didn't stay in a room. Just gambled. Came out even, was about to leave. Threw a $20 bill in a machine otw out & won over nine hundred. Left after that! Overall great time I'd say 🙂

Went to the casino, I didn't plan on playing too much because of a lot of bad reviews about slots never paying. It was not my experience at all, I had several bonuses, they paid out ok, was up and down and up and down, same as any casino, and got my first Grand Jackpot. My biggest win ever.

We spent 2 nights at this Casino for the first & last time on February 18th & 19th! 2025! The only friendly people were the people at the check in desk & the Security people! |When we got there on Tuesday February 18th we went in to the Brew Brothers bar & grill. It was around 1:30 in the afternoon. We waited about 10 minutes for the bartender to ask us for our order after looking at us repeatedly. We ordered a couple of drinks. We waited & waited while she waited on other people that came in after us! We finally walked out! There's no excuse for that! That was the only restaurant open in the whole place! So for our meals we had to drive around Waterloo until we found somewhere to eat! We weren't about to go back to the Brew Brothers!!|There wasn't a coffee maker in the room so we had to go down to the front desk or the| casino to get coffee! |We asked for fresh towels from the lady who was cleaning rooms, & we were handed the towels & had to take them back to the room ourselves & put our used towels out by our door! |So that was our experience at the Isle of Capri in Waterloo, IA & it wasn't a pleasant one!

I’m not sure how it is with the players card but if you’re just going in, don’t waste your money, the odds of winning here are low and the staff is not very polite. In fact, some of them are downright rude. I spent a lot of money in this casino and have beentreated very poorly

Was here for Christmas! We stayed at this hotel multiple times before, and none of the rooms we were at before was as bad as this one. There were food stains on the floor there were also play-doh stains on the carpet. Overall, the room was really dirty with a ton of dust. It's not always this bad, so if you're going to stay here, just be prepared.
