We used Island Sound for DJ and day-of coordination services for our Jekyll Island wedding, and we cannot recommend them enough! Everyone at Island Sound was friendly, accommodating, and quick to communicate. They have an extensive questionnaire for brides and grooms to complete, so that they can ensure they are providing services that meet your needs/wants. Our DJ, Saleem, was awesome! Our guests had a night full of fun and dancing thanks to him. Heather was our day-of coordinator, and she was the best! She is sweet, prompt, and thoughtful. She took care of things that I wouldn’t have even thought of on my wedding day. Our wedding would not have gone as smoothly without her and all of her hard work. We are so grateful that Island Sound was there for our big day!

We had a great experience with iSounds DJs. The app they use to help you get your playlist requests together is easy to use and helpful. Our DJ Josh was excellent - he played everything we wanted while also doing a great job of reading the dance floor and shaking things up when needed. I could tell he really cared about curating the best vibe possible and he did a great job. Thanks Josh!

I had iSound Entertainment DJ for my wedding reception and they were great! They sent me an app to add all the songs I wanted to include. It was a very easy process. Saleem was a great DJ and played music that got everyone dancing. 🙂

I’ll be the first to admit that I was initially anxious about having a DJ for my wedding. My family can be a little on the uptight side, and I wasn’t sure if dedicating a big part of the day to dancing would be the right fit. But I am so glad that we made the decision to have a DJ—and especially thrilled that we got to work with Grover!

From the moment he took the reins, Grover exceeded every expectation we could have had. He set the tone for the entire evening with lively and effervescent introductions, made all the important announcements with great energy, and created a beautiful atmosphere with the perfect lighting. But most importantly—he got my somewhat stuffy family to dance the night away! I never would have imagined seeing my relatives out on the dance floor, but Grover's energy and song choices had everyone moving, and the dance floor was full all night.

Prior to the wedding, my partner and I put together a diverse playlist of songs we loved, and Grover worked his DJ magic to seamlessly mix them all together. It was impossible to leave the dance floor—every song felt like it flowed effortlessly into the next. And as a special touch that will forever hold a special place in my heart, Grover helped create a moment that felt straight out of a Disney movie. Since we had a Beauty and the Beast themed wedding, Grover coordinated with the catering team to pass out dinner under cloches as "Be Our Guest" played in the background. It was an unforgettable, magical moment that truly captured the spirit of the theme.

I cannot recommend Grover and ISound Entertainment enough! If you want your event to be one that people will be talking about for years to come, they’re the ones to call.

Hands-down the best DJ we could have asked for!!! We’re still not over how perfect the music was at our wedding. We searched long and hard for the best DJ and we found him at Island Sound. Spencer was our guy and he absolutely delivered. We’re particular when it comes to music and knew we had to find a DJ that was willing to play songs we chose. My husband made playlists for the cocktail hour and the reception and we were so excited to hear Spencer mix and play all of them! Island Sounds is really flexible about playing your curated playlists, or taking your music tastes and creating their own. We seriously got TONS of complements on the music and on Spencer himself. He was an INCREDIBLE MC for the night and was super interactive with the crowd. He jumped out and danced with us at times and you could tell he was so into being a part of everything. No cheesy lines or overplayed songs - his energy and enthusiasm was the perfect tone to get our crowd pumped. As an organization, Island Sound was on top of everything and had stellar customer service. Can’t recommend them enough!
