We took a group of 20 friends to Italy and used Italian Tours by Diana. The trip was fabulous. The hotels were great, the tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly, and transportation went smoothly. We had a group dinner in each major city prearranged and the food and service were excellent and each had a local flair. We worked mostly with Stacey who was so fun to work with, knowledgeable and helpful before and during our trip. Thanks for making our dream trip a reality!!

We LOVE Italian Tours by Diana, we have used their service twice. 2019 to Italy and 2024 to Greece, both trips we were treated like royalty.

We gave them our budget and wish list of what we wanted to do and they did not disappoint at all. Everything is amazing from the food, hotels and tours, there's not words to describe how wonderful this company is. We used Nancy both times, love her.

We will be planning another vacation in the near future and using Diana again.

We would not have had half the experience we did in Europe if we did not book with Carla and Diana. Not only were the hotels clean, safe and very accommodating, the transfers were all very comfortable and prompt. Tickets and tours were all planned and pre-purchased ahead of time, providing us a seamless experience, skipping the crowds too.
The tours we were a part of felt like a friend showing us around the city. In Rome, our guide handled an issue with our Vatican tickets quickly and had us inside and ready before we even knew there was a problem.
Carla did SO much to quell my husband and I's fears and questions regarding covid and all of the regulations surrounding it. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We cannot say enough good things about this agency and cannot wait to book with them again in the future!

My friend and I wanted to do a girls trip abroad and got a recommendation from a friend for Italian Tours by Diana. We were hesitant to use their service because we were planning a trip to Greece, however after a call with the staff they assured us they could book a great trip for us to Greece. We worked with Nancy a lot and gave them some details about what we were interested in doing while there and what types of hotels we wanted to stay in, and they did the rest! Within a week or so we had a full itinerary with a wine tasting/private cooking class, sunset dinner cruise, but also enough time to travel and explore on our own. They arranged private drivers for any transfers we needed throughout the trip and this made us feel so much safer and at ease! They gave us amazing recommendations for restaurants and shopping and some tips to keep in mind while abroad. Not only did they plan us an unforgettable trip, they also helped us get our travel arrangements together when our trip was canceled due to covid. They worked their magic and got all of our stays credited for another year so we didnt worry about losing money. One of my favorite things about our trip was that every hotel was PERFECT, with the best views! Every room was better than the next. I cannot recommend their services enough for your next trip.

Cannot recommend this agency enough. Quick, responsive, and excellent planning. We had the honeymoon of a life time and it was stress free! Each vendor booked was excellent (drivers, tour guides) and the hotels were wonderful. Diana was able to work within our budget and still capture everything we wanted to see in Italy. We worked with Italian Tours by Diana, specifically Carla, to plan a 10-day trip to Italy. From accommodations, to drivers, to train transfers, everything was well planned and clearly understood. We enjoyed many great activities, but also had time to roam the various locations on our own.
