When I contacted J&L about having issues using my device, they did not hesitate in getting me an appointment to resolve the issue. At my appointment the young lady listened to my concerns, adjusted my machine, fitted me for a more appropriate mask and made sure I was able to perform a fit test on my own. I am so appreciative of the time and patience concerning my issue. Excellent job and keep up the great work!

I needed a change for my CPAP mask so had an in-office appointment. The J and L representative I met with was pleasant and friendly. She was very knowledgeable and easily showed me the CPAP mask that would be most suitable and that I was most comfortable with.

After 3 days of trying to correct a collection notice for a bill that was paid with a confirmation , I give up. No matter what button you press you go on hold... permanently. I have spoken to some nice people there but trying to get someone on the phone even to make a payment is impossible. This company really needs to adress this .Send me another letter.

between them and lincare both have a real attitude problem, i have had nothing but a problem with both companies over time, first i get told that they couldn't deliver my new cpap to my po box and then i had to have it delivered to where my wife works and i was not very comfortable with this at all, i really did not need people at where my wife works knowing my personal business and also that i use a cpap, this is something that is a very personal and private thing to me. they could have shipped it to my po box where i have all of my mail shipped and it would have been very safe and nobody would have known the difference at all. i really do not like the way your company does things or the way that your rules are at all.

Only because I can’t give them a 1/2 a star! Spent my 1 day off , the whole day waiting for them to show up! Never called never came!!!! I called at 3pm and spoke to a woman to find out approximately what time they planned on showing up I was pissed by this time! She said she would have the driver call me, no call no show, wasted my whole day off waiting! Would I recommend this company no! Worst customer service ever!

And past my O2 levels on a generator where it set at two, which worked very well. The technician who was just at our house a couple weeks ago said it at six my oxygen level still drop overnight. I’m not sure if it’s a problem with the CPAP or the generator Thank you.
