First time stopping in and ohhh me oh my!!!!! Where do I start.,...Let's see had the chicken fingers with snap beans and mashed taters and some tea. Nary a complaint from me as it was dang good especially seeing as the previous night's meal that was bland at a big name truck stop. The taters and gravy were excellent. Best part here is, got a dang good meal for half the price as what I paid at that big name joke of a truck stop. If I'm ever back through here again I'm definitely stopping in for sure

Food is too salty! I guess people that like salt and can use salt in their diet it’s probably okay! Not for me! Also, you might want to think about responding to customers hold heartedly, instead of sending the same response! I actually spent time reading the reviews for the Lincoln Alabama location. Not good!

No complaints here. We don’t have these in Texas. I was sad about the choice of fries because that specific cut of fry is usually never cooked right and no seasoning. Man I was surprised. They were actually good. I will say the apple bits we got were gross though. Very dry and lacked flavor. Other than that it was great

Normally, I would give a much better review. However, on the visit we ordered the 2 piece chicken dinners with fries and Cole slaw as sides. The sides were good. The fried chicken was so spicy that I could not eat it. I even tried the chicken after removing the breading. The other person likes spicy food but does not want spicy chicken; however, he was able to eat it. I ordered a Big Jack combo; which was good. We brought the remaining portion of 2 piece dinner home to another person who likes spicy food. Both of the parties who were able to eat the spicy chicken complained about how spicy it was. This is not normal for Jack's bone in chicken. So, when I went back to the counter for my burger meal, I voiced my concerns to one of the managers. She explained that they now receive breading from corporate instead of making it in-house. This is ridiculous! Jack's needs to make the necessary adjustments to correct this issue, or I will be forced to find another place to get chicken and maybe even the other items that they sell.

If I could give no stars I would have given y'all a no star review!!! I asked for pickle fries and they gave me French fries and then they didn't even wash there onions before they cut them. I can tell bc I use to work at Jack's also they got my wife's order wrong she asked for bacon not sausage 🤬 so if you're looking for someone to screw up your order then go to this jacks on US hwy 77

The staff was actually decent with the exception on the lady working the counter around 12:30 PM EST. Light skinned lady with a bad attitude. I walked in and asked for 2 chicken wings, she asked the staff and one lady replied “4 minutes” — I politely asked was that in reference to the wings or something else that was cooking. She says “whatever you heard” — mind you I didn’t have any attitude. So the nice lady from the drive thru came over and kindly said “yes, it’ll be 4 minutes for wings.” So again I tell the lady at the counter, I want 2 wings. She keeps asking what do I want, as if I didn’t say it multiple times. So at this point, her little attitude was just too much and I left and told her she needed a better attitude. As I’m leaving, she’s still saying smart stuff saying “y’all come in here and don’t know what you want.” Why was that necessary?

This jacks will make you regret spending your money on the food 90% of the time the workers are pretty rough and very un-organized. every drive through trip I’ve made here usually taking 20 to 30 minutes. this is one of the only food places in the area, it’s worth driving 20 minutes to a different place.

The workers who took my order kept shaking her head while I was giving my order, didn't listen when I asked for large fries and large drinks, and acted like she didn't want to even be there. When I went to the counter to get my order, another worker wanted to argue about the extra ranch I had ordered, then said she thought I was talking about something else. When requesting a bag to put my grandson's food in to go, the one I asked made a cocky statement about the other worker hearing everything when people speak, in which I replied "Everything except the correct food order!" With customer service like that, I doubt I'll return to that location. Even the teenagers at our local Jack's gets orders correct the first time unlike the grown women in the Lincoln store!
