Terrible customer service! Used the company for my son’s wedding to transport the older grandparents/aunts and uncles to and from the venue. We decided on Jaco vs Uber or Lyft due to the individual service that the lady on the phone said we would receive. Unfortunately the day of the wedding the driver was late to pick them up by 25 minutes. Also, we were told it would be a suburban that would have steps to get in and it would comfortably fit 5 adults. It ended up being a Highlander and two 80 year old women had to squeeze in the back. The driver couldn’t get the seatbelts done but due to her already being late they chose to go on to the venue without being buckled up properly. Then, the driver was supposed to come back between 9-9:30 pm to pick up 2 people and return them home. My husband(father of groom) missed reception time waiting outside for no one to show. I called and the dispatcher told me”he’d have to see if someone could return”. Apparently they arrived and no one was outside. No phone call or text saying they were there. Then at 11:30 when venue closed my husband again had to wait outside for over half hour to wait on driver. They finally arrived in a Malibu. VERY unhappy. I waited until Monday to call Jack to see if that was normal customer service. The lady said it was not but she’d have to talk to the driver to see what transpired and she’d call back. Still had not heard anything 5 days later so I called back. I was told they were so busy because it had been the weekend after Derby weekend and she’d have to talk to owner. 3 days later I received a call stating they’d credit one of the trips. THEY HAVE NOT EXCEPT FOR $31.19. We payed almost $600.00 for all 3 trips. I would never ever recommend them to anyone. They use cars for trips that aren’t even listed in their fleet online. I emailed them asking them to make it right, even with just an apology but I didn’t even get that. Do research before using Jaco.

Had the best experience going to New York City on a redeye. Everyone was so professional they explained everything that was going to take place going and coming on the trip, which was very helpful ,we drove through the night, which was wonderful. Got there in the morning had the whole day to enjoy the city.Will I travel with them again, I absolutely will . I’m planning now for my next trip with JACO ! Thanks to you all I’m bringing more with me the next trip !

Had a great experience with Jaco. We rented a 14 passenger bus to shuttle between our son's wedding event location and the hotel. Everyone was picked up on time, bus was clean, driver (Russ) was courteous. Even helped us out when we needed to go on an emergency beverage run!

I would give JACO 10 stars if I could ! Our driving Tom was amazing. So professional, courteous, and helpful. Great value and beautiful executive bus. I will use them going forward any event.

Terrible experience with this company. Booked a 14 passenger party bus two months in advance. Called and confirmed the party bus day before event. Morning of event a standard limo shows up. Told him we reserved a bus, he says they are busy due to an event at Keeneland, so they 'upgraded' us to a limo. Limo holds six people uncomfortably and price was less than party bus. Not sure why they would lie and say it was an 'upgrade'. Driver calls Jaco and is told we have no other options. So we cram into the limo. Driver was nice, but doesn't know how to drive smoothly. We had two distillery reservations, barely made it to the first one on time due to dealing with no party bus. According to Google Maps, drive from first distillery to second is a 25 minute drive. Driver takes a route that takes 45 minutes and we are 20 minutes late for our second tour.
Definitely would not recommend this company.

JACO provides a top shelf experience.Our vehicle was in pristine condition, and our chauffeur Michael bent over backwards to help folks in and out, make unscheduled stops, you name it. Worst limo ever was my wedding July 25th super hot and we rented a bus for 25 people and they sent one with no air we was supposed to go and take pictures a couple of places but was to hot we had to go straight to the venue over 1400 dollars hottest I've ever been

JACO is the only way to go! The experience riding in those high end vehicles is second to none. The drivers are friendly and professional 👍
