I recently completed the 15-hour mandatory and 6-hour continuing education electrical code update through Jade Learning, and I couldn't be more pleased. The material was clear, up-to-date, and easy to follow. I really appreciated how accessible and well- organized everything was-made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Thank you, thank you, Jade Learning, for keeping us electricians informed and up to code! Also communication with The staff was amazing with fast efficient responses. Rachel Tyson answered all the questions and made the entire process painless..

I have used Jade Learning for continuing education requirements for over 12 years, the courses are relevant to electricians need to learn about and understand NEC updates / changes.
I can’t say enough positive things about Jade Learning customer service, they have always responded positively to any issues that arise and work diligently to assist with resolving issues, even those created by the state boards.
I would especially like to commend Amy Bonilla and Rachel Tyson, they have always gone the extra mile to assist with any questions or concerns I have had.

Finding a suitable class was easy and quick. Learning about the topic and taking the test was straight forward and efficient, and the step-by-step process was clear and helpful. Some of the questions had more than one correct and I missed a couple based on what have may have been the BEST correct answer instead of being just correct, but the question didn't specify "choose the BEST answer". I would have contested getting it wrong if I was doing an in-person test. This aside, I passed and that counts, although my score could have been higher if not for those questions. I will return for future classes and would recommend to others.

I’m a residential electrician in WA state, needed 24h of CEUs for renewal. Lessons were easy to navigate/complete. The questions throughout have current in-field application, and the ability to complete the entirety of the CEUs before having to pay was kinda cool. Overall, I wish the price was a bit more competitive with other sites offering the same thing, but the fact that these CEUs didn’t have any quizzes at the end was a nice touch. 10/10.

I had scheduled an e learning continuing education class for my electrical license. On the original date we all had logged in and were waiting in the zoom waiting room for an hour before we were told the instructor could not log on. On the make up date that they made for us the instructor was again a no show. To their credit on the second time they told us within 15 minutes of the second class we were informed that there would be no class, and was offered a full refund. But I am now have 2 hours of my free time invested to this company and am now left to scramble to find a class before the deadline to complete this class in my state.

I would like to give a shout out to Rachel Tyson. I felt Rachel went above and beyond the call of duty when she offered to email me the security codes while taking my 15 hour course due to the lack of cell phone reception in the building that was most convienent for me to engage my online course. She was courteous and very professional.
