This is the second time we’ve used TJ. He helped us plan a once in a lifetime trip to Italy for my husband and I and our girls. I don’t think he ever sleeps as he is literally with you every step of the way 😊Everything went seamlessly. We had plenty of time for the things we planned and allowing us time on our own to explore. TJ deserves a 10 star rating. TJ booked us an 11 day once in a lifetime trip to Hawaii. The hotel was amazing, excursions phenomenal, and restaurants spectacular. TJ literally works 24/7. He promised that he would be with us until we were back home, and he truly was. He was always just a text message away. Once we were in Hawaii, we asked TJ to make some changes for us. He did it quickly and efficiently. He made sure we made it safely on our hotel transfers too. TJ is kind, professional and respectful, and delivers on every promise. I will never book with anyone else for a trip like this. Highly recommend him! He is a credit to his profession. Thank you for making this the trip of a lifetime TJ!

I very seldom put reviews online but I feel obligated to do so because after many tours to different parts of the world and getting excellent service from Jafferson Travel & Tours I have to share my experiences.
Prior to my trips I was provided with very clear instructions, plans and ways to communicate. Any questions or concerns I had were very promptly addressed.
While on the tours they kept in regular touch with us, they kept making sure that things were going as planned and all we had to do was to enjoy our trip. I have been with many different tour companies in past but never experienced such a piece of mind before.
Their professionalism, providing personal care and service is exemplary. I will recommend Jafferson Travel & Tours without any reservations.
