Jane and her team were probably the best decision while planning my wedding. I could of not survived without them! Having a destination wedding, she made the process extremely easy and not stressful. She always came up with ideas to save a dollar or recommend trendy wedding ideas that I wouldn't of thought of myself. She was a great advisor to Tucson vendors, running errands for me while I wasn't in town and organized some of my deliveries. Day of the wedding, she was amazing! From getting our bridal parties lunch, to coordinating with the venue & setting up the venue to look beautiful, it made my wedding day a complete breeze! She also helped clean up after the wedding so we didn't have to do it. She made my entire wedding process ideal for anyone who doesn't want to have to be working on your wedding day. Her professionalism and friend like demeanor made the entire wedding planning so fun! Really recommend Jane and her team.

We hired Jane as our day of wedding coordinator for our wedding in May 2019 - it was the best decision we made during the wedding planning process!! Her rates are extremely reasonable and she even provides additional planning assistance for an hourly rate (which we did ended up doing for extra help from her with flowers, rentals and our wedding cake). Our wedding day was smooth and stress free, which I completely attribute to Jane and her team. She was organized, professional, and always available on the day. She kept us on our timeline and even helped me with the train on my dress when none of my bridesmaids were up to the task! Jane is an exceptional person and it shows in the events that she plans. Over the course of 7 months, Jane worked with me, my husband and our families on our wedding, and related events. I needed an event planner to assist with our wedding events and also to help with other details and decisions large and small, like floral, invitations, photography, venue design, wedding website, dress alterations, etc. Having Jane's help with all of these elements allowed me to focus on the joys of being engaged and savor special time with my family.

I chose a venue for my wedding ceremony that required Jane to apply her impeccable design skills in a unique setting. She helped us set a budget and was mindful of the budget throughout the planning process. She made sure that vendors provided me with competitive prices and used her own connections to minimize costs. Jane hired and coordinated a talented and respectful staff for all the events. Jane’s references are outstanding and now I know why she is admired and well-respected among other professionals in the industry. She exceeded every expectation that I had.

Jane did a truly beautiful job of making our daughter and son-in-law’s dream wedding a perfectly orchestrated, magical event! Given the complexity of their vision and the multiplicity of vendors and event sites involved, as well as the fact that both the bride (a Tucson native) and groom lived 2400 miles away, Jane’s success at making everything work – and of making everything work brilliantly– was no small feat. In fact, many friends and relatives commented that this was the most enjoyable, elegant, and beautifully choreographed wedding they had ever attended … down to the tiniest details. Much of this is due to Jane’s thoughtful and discerning suggestions about vendors, design questions, and the practicalities of things like fair pricing and “day of” timelines; to her extraordinarily good taste and artist’s eye for detail; to her willingness to listen carefully to our daughter and son-in-law and then help implement their vision rather than trying to impose her own preferences upon them; to her knack at building good relationships and working cordially and cooperatively with wedding planners at the church and reception site; and to her extraordinary patience, work ethic, and sense of decorum – both in our many interactions with her prior to the wedding, and in her remarkable ability to “be everywhere” and “do everything,” without being obtrusive or obviously stressed, on the day of our “grand event.” She truly is a “party ninja … in a little black dress” (or at least an elegant lady in a beautifully tailored outfit) who has “perfected the art of being everywhere and nowhere at once,” who takes care of “things you didn’t even know needed doing,” and who gets things done miraculously! I will also add that her fees are very, very fair and modestly priced. I recommend Jane Castle Events most highly – thank you, Jane!!!
