I just rented tables and chairs for an event and there was some problems. First I was told that I was going to receive a call about my delivery, but i wasn't told it was going to be an hour before delivery. Second the tables looked nothing like the pictures on the website. They were covered in sticky stuff that ripped my table cloths. (Photo is what they looked like when arrived) Third the chairs were covered in mud. (Photo shows) Fourth I was told by the delivery people that I was going to get a call about pick up but never did... I had to call the office to find out when they were coming and luckily someone was home because they were already on their way and would arrive in 30 minutes.
Not worth almost $300!!

Amazing company! We hired them for our son’s high school graduation party! They were at our home early and set up the obstacle course in the perfect spot. After it was up, he made sure it was completely wiped down and clean. We can’t say enough wonderful things! Everyone had a blast and we will definitely use their services in the future!

I loved the experience of working with this family owned, local company! Communication with Addison was always clear and prompt. The tent, dance floor, and lighting were beautiful! We loved having the option of a tent that didn't require drilling any holes in our pavement & concrete. What a great team of professionals they have. You won't be disappointed. Jacqua's Jump Castle in Piqua, Truly went above and beyond to make our family get together day a memorable one. We went with the American Obstacle course. To keep the kids entertained.It was short notice and they were able to accommodate. The staff was incredibly friendly and ensured everyone's safety while having fun. The obstacle course was a great addition. Our group, including kids and adults, had an absolute blast running through the on our relay!. If you're in the area and looking for a unique and fun experience, don't hesitate to visit Jacqua's Jump Castle. You won't be disappointed! We will be using them again!! In the near future. 😃
