I had an amazing experience at Jayden Nicole! They helped me pick out not only my prom dress but my accessories such as my gloves and jewelry (necklace and earrings)! I also was able to not only get my prom dress altered but my gloves as well! They were super nice and accommodating and were upfront about their policies when asked. They helped make sure that I got everything I needed before my prom date (they try to prioritize people who have their date [whether that be a prom or wedding] really soon). They also allowed me (and other clients) to not be “trapped” with their gown choice once they paid (meaning that if you do not like the dress you bought, they will help make sure you are satisfied, usually by helping you find another dress they have in store). However, they will not refund (which they were upfront about that as well, telling us that before we paid). But overall they were so nice and sweet! I would definitely go back there again when I need another fancy gown!

Excellent prom shopping experience!! My daughter and her friend had an appointment with Christina, who was EXCELLENT. She figured out the perfect combo of what styles were flattering + what they were comfortable in. They had a large range of styles and sizes. At the first fitting, Christina took her time, making sure both girls' alterations would be exactly what they wanted, and same thing at the pickup when they tried them on again. Though we spent a bit more than at a department store, the personalized service was well worth it. Excellent experience from start to finish.

This was by far the best dress experience I have ever had. I picked the first dress I tried on, and they were so helpful when it came to any alteration I needed. 100% would go back if I ever need another prom dress.

Great place if you’re looking for beautiful gowns and wonderful service! Maria and Kristina have been nothing but GREAT&helpful during my (dress) journey as a maid of honor.
The staff is very skillful and knowledgeable in regard to their field, always open to provide advice and never in short of creativity.
