This was such an amazing experience for my family and I. Captain John (owner and operator) was fantastic! He was so kind and helpful throughout the entire booking experience. Then, when he promptly picked up my family and I, he didn’t waste any time. He immediately started showing us the sites. Beautiful real estate, facts about Lake Hamilton, nearby mountains, and various little islands sprinkled throughout the lake. He was warm and welcoming—it was just very comfortable. Felt like he was apart of our family. He was GREAT at pulling us on the tube, as well! So much fun!! This was a great experience for us and will definitely be booking again with this charter company when we come back. I should have booked for a longer time!

Great afternoon with Captain John on Lake Hamilton.
He provided us with a very informative and pleasant day on the water.
His knowledge of the various homes, and explanation of the lake history was exactly what we were looking for in our day on the lake.
We definitely recommend JDs Pontoon Charters if you are looking for a carefree day on Lake Hamilton.

Set out for a day on the lake, and enjoyed the beautiful weather and scenery. Also, we were well educated on the history of lake Hamilton, as well as the history of the beautiful homes that sit along side of the lake! Definitely worth booking with this business! John was great!

JD’s Pontoon Charters was #1 Meet up was easy and quick, our guide JD let us customize our cruise! Had a blast touring the lake and swimming! My family and I had so much fun. Amy our captain was an absolute doll and we had a blast with her. Amy knew lots about the history of the lake and fun facts about many of the homes around lake Hamilton. My son had the best time first time tubing on the lake. I think the best part was the surprise Amy let my son drive the boat of course with her guidance. We also pulled over on one of the sand bars swam and hung out on the Lilly pad. Amy also took us to a secret spot with a rope swing into the water. If you are able to book a trip with them do not hesitate. It was the best part of our hot springs trip! Amy and John thanks for helping us make our trip memorable. My son had so much fun! We will be back and we will book with y’all again.

Wanted to take a birthday cruise along with Hamilton as we are first time visitors Hot Springs Jon was knowledgeable, personable, and enjoyable. We felt safe. We felt pampered and we can't wait to do it again. Highly recommend for anyone who is new to the area that wants to get a sense of the beauty of this region.

We had a great time out on the lake with John! He was very knowledgeable and let my family tube and swim and he really took care to ensure everyone (including our hesitant 2 yr old ?) had a great time. Our kids thought it was the best part of our trip! We highly recommend!

We loved our charter!
John took us on a 2 hour sightseeing trip and we really enjoyed it. He was very knowledgeable about the lake’s history. Lake Hamilton is beautiful!
