Faulty. They charged for work they didn't do, when my truck broke down a block from their shop they sent a mechanic who broke it even more. They refused to have it towed back to finish the job and when I had it towed there, they called the tow company and had them pick it up because they didn't want to fix their mistakes. It cost me $1100 to get my truck out of the tow yard and it was worse off than when it arrived at Jeffs.i also ordered a new Ignition switch which I still have not received and every time I've asked about it they ignore the question. I wouldn't trust them with a bicycle let alone a truck.

I’m not happy with Jeff’s Truck Service, we’ve had our RV in there all summer they put a new seal around the slider and a new roof on the slider $4,500 later we get it home on a Friday and I slide the slider out to clean the carpet & it rips the new roof off the slider. So we call them and they tell us to bring it back in. Well we take it in & the have it 2 more months and we go in to check on it and the guy says they haven’t touched and they’re not going to. So they are not standing behind their work! It was out in the field and now rats have gotten into it and we’ve wasted $4,500. & you would have thought when they were sliding it in & out to work on they would have noticed it was hitting to close to rip the new roof off. I’m 69 my husband is 74, & I think they think we’re old and stupid, well no but I am mad and disappointed in the management there to cheat senior citizens

On the Park fire we had a rear differential pressure sensor go bad on our 2013 peterbilt… we called them and the got us our part after closing hours … Saved our butts in a pinch !

The generator in our RV stopped working suddenly while we were traveling with next campgrounds were reserved. It would be difficult to continue our trip without a working generator. Tomas and another gentleman (who’s the shop owner’s son) worked very hard without lunch break, and fixed it. So we could continue our trip without lost our campground reservations. The problem was very tricky. The fuel line was blocked by a small piece of rubber so I didn’t have to pay expensive parts to repair it. I felt very lucky to bring our RV to Jeff’s Truck.

Rock solid service work performed by Jeff’s truck service on our class A diesel pusher. Engine oil, coolant flush, fuel filter & coach shocks. The work was completed on time with no issues. Our coach received a comprehensive road safety inspection including brake components. Great communication from the service advisors and upfront pricing. I am very happy with the quality of service I have received.

Don't walk by thus place, run. The service is horrible, was in there years ago and had to show the employees how to measure a trailer for alignment. After spending the time teaching them and the writer giving me an estimate for repairs needed they tried to charge me for a few hours of labor. Dont waste a penny or second of your life here.

I came here with my husband to get our trailer worked on and very satisfied with the work they did. The mechanics were willing to talk with us through out the entire process and let us know what he suggested should get done.
