Jennifer did a great job for us planning our cruise to Key West and the Bahamas coordinating with our friends from Michigan. Our cabin was in a prime location and everything went exactly as planned. My wife and I really enjoyed working with Jennifer in the planning of our vacation. She worked with us as we planned our trip to Barcelona to suggest options/alternatives to keep within our budget. A week before we left, she sent us a packet of documents for our hotel, transfers, and excursions - very helpful when dealing with the individual vendors. We had an issue with one of our transfer providers and she jumped right into the fray to advocate on our behalf, allowing us to continue to enjoy our travels - super helpful. We're already working with Jennifer to plan our next vacation adventures!

Jennifer has planned two cruises for my family and does an amazing job! She is very responsive when I asked questions and is very knowledgeable. For both cruises she sent us packets with all of the information we would need for the cruise including luggage tags with our stateroom and print outs of the excursions. I will use her over and over again, and not just to book a cruise! If you are traveling somewhere - Call her!
