I have been an event & wedding planner for over 15 years. Jerry helped remotely with coordinating myself and 12 other family members experience one of the most epic adventures to Costa Rica for a destination wedding. His response time was impeccable and follow up as well. Any issues we had with airport gate changes as well as checking in and delays seem seamless and stress free as well as transportation booking to and from airport. The all inclusive resort we stayed at was amazing! Although the wedding planner at the location could have been a little more on top of it with missed details it all and all was one of the most beautiful, safe and accommodating resorts we have ever stayed at. Jerry was great to work with. The initial planning phase was a breeze. We had a few resorts and dates in mind in Mexico that we sent to Jerry and he quickly out together a vacation package for us. We also had an unfortunate injury occur before the trip and Jerry was able to help us rearrange our planned excursion last minute to accommodate everyone in our party. We really appreciate the service provided by Jerry and Tracy Dream Vacations. They helped make booking and planning our trip so seamless and easy, and they found us a better deal on a hotel than I was able to find on any other discount website. We didn’t book our flight or car rental through them because we learned about the service afterward, but they included all of the flight, car, and hotel information in one detailed itinerary, and also included some fun optional “things to do” on our trip. They also included great tips about traveling in other countries, etc. We are so relieved that our trip is all planned and we can just relax and look forward to it.
