We had a great experience! Alex was our guide. He was friendly and knew the right places to go. We saw several dolphins up close. We also found a small shark, a huge speckled stingray (I think that’s what they’re called), and found some sea turtles. Not to mention the ample time allotted to find shells on Shell Island. We did the 3 hour private tour. I highly recommend!

My son and I had a great experience today on the Jet Ski dolphin tour.

Our tour guide, Captain Alex was fantastic and the staff was very friendly.

We saw several dolphins and had some time to explore a little bit of shell island.

This is a fast paced tour with some pretty aggressive jet ski riding….. just what we were looking for!!

There were some folks on our tour that weren’t up for the challenge so that created some down / waiting time but even with that, Captain Alex kept the pace going and made it a really fun ride. I understand why they can’t or won’t do this, but it would be nice if they discouraged novice or first time riders as they kind of held the rest of the group back. Or, perhaps they could have a different, slower paced tour for new riders or folks wanting to take in the scenery instead of fast paced riding.

Either way, definitely recommend. The ride was a blast!

GREAT experience! To be honest, I booked the jet ski tour thinking to was the place we had been back in August, where we had a great time, BUT it wasn’t and I’m so glad we ended up here!! Alex was so great and he really took us on an awesome ride! He was great and showed us some amazing spots and the dolphins! Customer service desk was warm and friendly. WE WILL BE BACK! Thanks Alex!

My husband and I went later in the day (3:00 tour) and the waves were a little rough, but our tour guide was GREAT! Cody took time to make sure the whole group was accommodated to and was very aware of each person’s needs and desires. We saw some beautiful dolphins and even a sea turtle!! HIGHLY recommend going on a tour with him.

JSDT was a seamless operation from the initial website search on Google Maps, subsequent telephone call to a live person, paying online to their website, parking in their spacious parking lot, getting checked at the booth, briefed on where to meet our Guide Austin, getting safety briefed by same, lining up the group on our Jet skis from fastest to slowest, taking off for Shell Island at warp speed, disembarking on same for thirty minutes, collecting sea shells, leaving Shell Island for dolphin area, seeing same from the comfort of our Jet skis, seeing Gkid with a huge smile, the end! 5 Stars! P.S. Tip your Guides folks if you get exceptional service, we did.

Very unorganized, late start. Biggest part of trip was just jet ski riding. I assumed there would have been more dolphin time. We stopped once and saw 2 dolphins the entire trip. We got 30 minutes at Shell Island which was beautiful. Jet ski ride as one would imagine is very rough. I felt like I was on an obstacle course lol Overall decent trip. Shell Island was absolutely beautiful.

I'm only giving this 5 stars because of Alex, the tour guide.
Customer service from the front, they get a 1 star. They weren't welcoming, we felt uncomfortable. Almost felt like we made a mistake going there. Parking was bad because it was around lunch time and there is a restaurant there. There was a more mature lady there who wasn't very nice either. When I told her that they probably should have given us instructions about parking over the phone so that we knew ahead of time and her answer was " that's what the signs are for" not being from around here and knowing that many people from out of state come, they should be able to give those instructions over the phone especially during the restaurant's busiest time. Alex the tour guide was amazing. He made it a fun time for all of us. By the end of the tour we forgot about the bad experience at the front. I'm only mentioning the bad experience so that the owners can train their team about making customers feel welcomed. Its starts from the front for people to recomend and want to come back. If it wouldn't have been for Alex we wouldn't recommend this place.

We had a blast! Our guide, Jason, was outstanding! We saw dolphins up close and went to an island beach that was gorgeous! It was well worth the reasonable pricing!
