Amazing! Our truck broke down on the way to camping at the beach. She was getting old and tired. We bought a new truck in less than an hour and a half. Alice is amazing. She took us to the perfect truck the first time onto the lot! Dan is the most efficient and nicest guy ever! Overall the best car buying experience we've ever had. Of we ever need another car well drive to Beullton!

Best experience I’ve had at a car dealership. When the 2024 Ford Mavericks ordering bank opened in Jul 2023, I tried to order one at the Santa Barbara Perry Ford. They could do it but they wanted to charge me 2k to order a vehicle for me which I was ordering at MSRP. I promptly left, went out to my car and called other dealerships in the area. Vreeland said they could order and they wouldn’t charge me any fees for doing it. I immediately drove the 45 minutes up to their location and I worked with Travis to order the Maverick I wanted. He answered any questions I had and the process was quick and seamless. I was in and out of their dealership in less than 20 minutes and I started receiving emails and texts so I know the vehicle was ordered. It took 14 months for the vehicle to get here, but I received emails every month and texts from Travis to let me know of any updates they had. This week, my vehicle came and we set up a date to pick up the vehicle. I texted Travis the day before with all the info he needed such as insurance and drivers license for registration purposes. When I showed up, Travis showed me my new vehicle, his dad finished up the paperwork, and I wrote a check. I was in and out in less than 25 minutes. Best and quickest car buying experience I’ve ever had. They were straightforward, honest, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and would return again in a heartbeat to buy my next vehicle.

I recently took my car to Jim Vreeland for service. The service representative, Chris, was top-notch. He made sure to keep me up to date on what was happening with my car. Chris was always courteous and called when he said he would. My car was fixed after several other people had looked at it and given up. To top it all off, the cost was extremely reasonable. If I ever need service on my vehicle again, I will definitely go back to Jim Vreeland.

My car died out in the desert and I was in desperate need of a new one. I found exactly what I wanted online at another dealership, but wasn’t close to that one. Jim Vreeland Ford was close to where I was staying so I went there, and I’m sure glad I did! Mike and Diana worked with me and the other dealership to get the car I wanted brought over to Buellton. They helped me with financing and were transparent through out the process about the various costs and how things worked. They helped me deal with my old car that was still out in the desert, too. This was my first time buying a brand new car, so I had a lot of questions and they answered them all. I will definitely go back to Jim Vreeland Ford the next time I need another car.
