Joe’s Salon is such a fantastic place! From the moment you walk in, you instantly feel welcomed. I couldn’t thank the stylists or Karen at Joe’s enough for such a lovely morning of my wedding! Not only did the stylist kill the hair game but the whole atmosphere was so calm and relaxing! The set up they did for was so adorable and everyone’s hair turned out beautiful! I couldn’t thank you all enough for all that you’ve done! I recommend everyone to go to Joe’s! I have been going to Joe's Salon for over 20 years. I followed my original stylist from Brookfield, from at least 23 years ago. I have always been extremely happy and have felt good about myself after my appointments at Joe's Salon. Except for one time. My normal stylist was unable to cut & color my hair, so she cut my hair and another stylist colored my hair. There was a formula posted in my on-line profile. Unfortunately, one of the colors was discontinued. The stylist substituted one of the parts of the formula. I was unhappy.
I am not someone who complains. However, I'm already an insecure woman and always look forward to feeling fantastic after these appointments. So, I wrote a review. Karen (the owner) of the salon immediately contacted me. She made me feel very heard and I really appreciated that. Karen made me an appointment for 3 days later to correct my hair color. I felt like a million bucks when I walked out!! Thank you Joe's Salon. I will continue to recommend you and will continue to come for another 20 years!

I chose Joe's Salon for my wedding and had the best experience! Alexa was great to work with and made sure everything went smoothly on my wedding day.

Before the wedding, I had a haircut and extensions consultation with Aanna. She was honest about which options would be best for me, and the haircut was beautiful!

Alexis was my hairstylist for the trial and wedding. During the trial, she was extremely flexible and tested out three different styles until I found one I loved! I had so much fun chatting with her the morning of the wedding, and I LOVED my hair. It held up all night and looked beautiful.

Everyone I met at Joe's was so welcoming and friendly - I wish I lived closer so it could be my regular salon!

The lovely ladies at Joe’s Salon really took care of me and my enormous bridal party the morning of my wedding. Alexis did a beautiful updo for me while I watched Jordan, Sara, Emily, and Mellany do up my bridesmaids. One of my girls even decided to get little face-framing pieces at the last minute and her stylist gave her a chic cut. Alexa at the front desk deserves a special mention as well. She made endless edits to the schedule for that morning for me as different girls changed their minds about what they wanted to have done. She also popped the bubbly for us and made sure we all felt great going into a big day. It was a perfect morning. I’m so glad we started off our day at Joe’s!

I have been going to Joe's for over 5 years now and I've seen a few different stylists, some have left, but each one was always very attentive and sweet and ensure I feel sharp when I step out the door each time. The attentiveness even extends to the front desk staff, they are always the nicest and easy to communicate with, honestly the best! I'll probably keep coming back here forever.
