A great facility for hosting seminars, classes, weddings or graduations. It is a beautiful and spacious building with a grand ballroom, a dramatic staircase should you be interested, and an abundance of rooms that serve as classrooms, presentation rooms or seminars. And since the building is attached to the Culinary Arts building, excellent food is always available for whatever your event may be. For example, the day I went there was to pick up three dozen Christmas cookies made by their pastry chef so as to have them on hand for company over the holidays. And the Grand Ballroom was being set up for breakfast with Santa Claus that was going to take place the next day. And yes, there is plenty of easy-access parking, including handicap parking. Since I work nearby, I have seen everything from Police Academy graduations, large business meetings, weddings, and a vast number of presentations and seminars happen and Spitzer Center. So I can easily assure you that you won't be disappointed.

We went here for a company Christmas party. They didn't cater it, but they were all kind and helpful with cleaning up. The center was absolutely beating.

Needs updated. Rooms are outdated and smell like carpet from the 80's. Heat was cranked up, we were melting, so being extremely hot and having to endure the smell of the room was not fun.

John A. Spitzer Center is grand convention center with a outstanding space for all kinds of conferences, business presentations, general events... Spitzer also has two floors with up to 7 individual rooms for smaller events or workshops.

The space is always clean and organized, bathrooms are not easy to spot or locate but they include up to 4 stalls each and are always stocked with toilet paper, hand soup and hand drying paper towels.

Northern Ohio Amateur Radio Society's Hamfests take place here. 3/13/22 was this years' Winter fest. Large room, good facility. Wifi available. Clean. Highly recommend this facility.
