My husband and I were looking to book our first cruise. We did some research on our own but then I had Abby reach out to me ( I knew her before) and I'm SO glad she did! Being anxious about traveling Abby made the planning of the trip perfect .She answered all my questions and took excellent care of us from start to finish! If you're looking for a travel agent to help you, definitely use Journeys!! I know we are about to get info for another cruise so I can start saving up! ?

I can not speak highly enough about this travel company. Abby worked with us for two years trying to make our honeymoon happen during the pandemic. When Sandals closed the week of our wedding, Journeys handled it so well and assured us the trip was going to happen and handled the stress of changing flights and moving vouchers over. When our trip was able to happen two years later, she sent us detailed plans that made our trip stress free!

Abby was excellent to work with! She originally booked a trip for us for June 2020. She’d helped us find an amazing resort, but unfortunately Covid got in the way. She worked hard to book another trip for us for June 2021, still within our budget despite all the price increases. Our resort was perfect, exactly what we wanted and needed! She took care of all the details, private transportation, travel insurance, travel documents, and answered questions about all the Covid protocols. We enjoyed working with her and hope to book another trip with her in the future!

Journey's by Design Travel Agency is a must for a worry free vacation. They were with us through it all. It was such a comfort to have someone to call when our flight had been rerouted after hours. They were there to check it out. Abbey saved us hours of research and lessened the complications of decisions for tours and travel. We made new friends. I will definitely be traveling with them again.

Abbie was the best. I usually book my own travel, but I didn't have time to put into it for my trip to NYC. I contacted Abbie told her what I wanted and she took care of everything. She was absolutely the best and sweetest. I highly recommend letting Journey by Design take care of your vacation.

I can’t say enough good things about this company!! Abby went above and beyond for us when booking our trip to NYC for me and my husband. She didn’t push anything on us but got us several options so we could pick. We would ask her opinion and she would explain why she liked or disliked something. Our first trip to NYC couldn’t have went better!! We can’t wait to use Journeys by design again in the near future! Everyone works hard for their money & booking trips can be scary when you don’t know where to even begin! Journeys provides a peace of mind you just can’t find anywhere! Thank you all so much! ?

Journeys By Design helped me, my sister & my best friend plan a “bucket list” trip to Hawaii and it was everything I had dreamed! We worked with Abby Nagel who asked each of us something special that we wanted to do on our trip. The top three were a helicopter tour, a Segway tour and horseback riding on the beach. She found all three and got them booked for us. We also did a day long tour of the big island, went whale watching and visited Pearl Harbor. Without the help of Journeys By Design I don’t believe we would have been able to schedule so much into one week in paradise! When an unexpected problem with our flight arose Abby handled it. I would definitely use them again.
