From the beautiful ceremony spaces to the gorgeous reception areas, everything feels like it was made for a fairy-tale wedding. The atmosphere is just magical, and there are so many breathtaking spots for photos—you’ll cherish them forever!

On top of that, the staff is incredible. They care for every detail so you can focus on enjoying your special day. If you want a wedding that feels straight out of a dream, this is the place to make it happen. 💕

My fiancé and I toured multiple other venues in the southern MN area before arriving here. We had called asking if they could give us a touring after leaving another place and they were able to sneak us in. Even though they were preparing for another wedding that day. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome. The staff were so friendly and very excited about potentially having our wedding at their venue. They showed us the grounds which included a whole building for the ladies to get ready in as well as a room for the gentlemen to hang out and prepare in as well. The landscaping was beautiful and the woman that gave us the tour showed a lot of pride in the amazing display of flowers on the property that she tends to. There’s multiple places for the ceremony, a couple outside and one inside for inclement weather or as another option. The entire property was beautiful and the staff made sure to give us lots of attention throughout the tour even while preparing for a wedding later that day. Their whole team was professional, courteous, and very well coordinated. The communication and responsiveness from start to finish was extremely fast, warm, and professional. Quick to answer any questions we had and offering feedback to help us through the process. This venue is very affordable for the amount of property your guests can wander around on, options for you to customize your day, decorations that are included, and a day of coordinator. Most venues in the area would charge almost double or more for less than half of what this venue offers. I highly recommend seeing this venue in person as the pictures don’t give you the full effect. I give 5 stars for an amazing venue to match an amazing day.

My team and I absolutely love working at JR's Barn. Renae, her family, and her team are so wonderful, professional, knowledgeable, and flexible. I don't think I ever see Renae without a smile on her face! It is clear they love what they do and their venue is stunning, making our job as photographers easy. You won't be disappointed if you get married here!

ABSOLUTELY the best place to get married, hands down!! The staff/family is so welcoming, helpful and they are truly genuine people! The barn and property is so well maintained, it was truly magical! Everyone asked us how we found this venue and we told them it was a simple Google search! I was a bit worried about the cost to rent the barn, but TRUST ME… it was by far the best investment I have ever made!!! Renae (the owner) was made to be a wedding coordinator. JR’s website lists everything, including vendors they have worked in the past and they have great working relationships! I can’t say enough about this venue and we feel like a part of their family ❤️ LOVE, LOVE LOVE JR’s Barn!!!!!

If I could give more stars I would!! JR's Barn is stunning and the staff is absolutely incredible!! We hosted prom there and they went above and beyond to make sure the evening went off without a hitch! They had extra things on hand when we ran out, they helped set up (which did not require much as the place is gorgeous), they helped clean up, they made sure the kids were having a great time, had beautiful photo props out and ready and even made sure we were taken care of when our DJ showed up without any equipment. Our special night could have been a disaster, but they jumped in without me even asking!!
We can't wait to go back for prom again this year!!

My brother held his wedding reception at JR's barn . My husband and I, and other guests, had a wonderful experience. The venue itself was absolutely breathtaking, and Renae was amazing to work with, both in the preparations and during the actual reception. Her presence was felt throughout the entire evening as she foresaw and remedied any unexpected "bumps" that arose! She listened to the bride and groom's wishes and accommodated all that were possible. It was an evening that will be fondly remembered by all!
