Stayed here for a couple of nights for a wedding in Mountain View. Excellent hotel and neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants nearby offering varied cuisines.

Hotel staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms were a bit small but very manageable. Parking in the adjoining garage was free and very safe. Offered a convenience that was unmatched. Service was excellent as well.

This is an older no frills hotel, but has free parking, very nice and friendly staff. There is a Starbucks and a gas station across the street and a plethora of restaurants within walking distance, you can walk, it feels safe. The gorgeous Mountain Winery is really close by but you need to drive up there, I highly recommend visiting it or seeing a concert there.

Was there for an event. Everything was very nice. Dinner food could have been a small bit better but was still good overall. The only situation that stood out to me was not having a swimming pool to use, having to go 5 mins away to get to it, it being on the outside and having to wait for a member of the team to come and open it up. For the cost per room there should be a swimming pool on every floor.
Coming to the hotel or leaving to go to the airport should have hotel shutte bus or car to take you or pick you up.

Kirsten was awesome! I showed up early for a reservation and she was able to get my bags stored for me while they got a room ready.

She went above and beyond and kept me in the loop the whole time. She also sent me a text shortly after check in to make sure the room was perfect.

Enjoyed the stay, great people at this hotel.

The staff was very friendly, fast check in, lots of parking. Room is clean and in great shape . Price was fair for the location. Overall the hotel was a great choice. Close to many stores and fast access to the highway. Neighborhood is calm and looks safe.

We stayed at the Juniper for a conference recently and it was a great experience. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. ||There is abundant parking available in the garage. Just be aware that to take the elevator from the garage requires a room key, so you might want to check in before you park.||Only issue is that the hotel and rooms feel dated and could use a refresh.

Booked this hotel for the location and saw it was “4 stars”. Not sure why but was told I had to request for the room to be cleaned before noon. I asked the front desk at 1030AM and was told that they were no longer taking requests because they were short staffed… Not a huge deal until I saw how stained the comforter was underneath the flat sheets. Not saying it needs to be white but this was pretty gross

Super nice rooms! I will say, if you're booking through a 3rd party app it is not clear that breakfast is not included/how expensive it is. We just wanted to get coffee before hitting the road (rooms didn't have enough) and decided to grab a little fruit until we heard them tell the people after us that it is $25 per person. We offered to return our food but it was too late (thankfully the staff were nice enough to give us a discount since we barely got anything).
