Callie was my day-of coordinator for our 150 person wedding reception on private property with lots of vendors and string lights! Callie was very accessible and helpful for many days prior to my "day-of". She provided wisdom and suggestions that I needed when making last minute decisions around things like table placement and seating charts. She even came and walked the property with me so that I could consider all my options for the layout. Our wedding day was perfect and the reception flowed seamlessly. Callie is GREAT at keeping things on schedule. In fact I think that is her super power. I never got the sense that any guest was waiting around or wondering what was next. And somehow she did this without being noticed. My husband and I were able to be totally present and enjoy our big day because we knew Callie had it handled. I can not recommend her enough. If you’re looking for a wedding planner—choose Callie! I was super hesitant to hire one because I thought I could plan everything myself but I was so wrong. So many of my friends referred me to Callie and she truly was the best! My wedding was May 2024 and she made planning so easy. Any questions/concerns I had I knew she was just one text or phone call away. Her communication was great leading all the way up to my wedding day! We had a slight hiccup with our DJ and she did an amazing job at handling and resolving the situation but also keeping myself calm.
