We had an amazing experience with Ka’ala Vista for our wedding celebration. From the planning phase months out to the wedding day, every step was seamless.

The mountain views are breathtaking and the venue itself holds so much dimension with a different photo op at every corner. When you enter the gates you feel immersed in magic + paradise.

The owners made us feel like a part of their ‘ohana, and were prompt with every detail to make our wedding day an unforgettable experience - from quick responses to every email, to working out logistics and vendor recommendations that we also went with, they truly provided the best guest service.

Very highly recommend to those looking for a unique wedding venue and prefer a personable inquiry experience vs. large company/corporation.

Ka’ala Vista is hands down one of my FAVORITE VENUES on Oahu!!! I’ve had the honor of holding so many weddings here, and EVERY SINGLE TIME, couples and their guests are absolutely WOWED the moment they enter the gates. From the jaw-dropping views to the lush, private setting, this place is PURE MAGIC! 🌿✨

We booked Ka'Ala Vista for our May 2025 wedding, and cannot say enough amazing things about this venue! My husband and I toured 25 wedding venues in total, 6 of them in Hawaii (we are from the mainland). Ka'Ala Vista was the winning venue both in beauty and convenience of working with a great and flexible team. Troy is so friendly and thoughtful, and was so helpful assisting with anything we needed on the wedding day. They recently upgraded the getting ready spaces to include mirrors and vanities, which was so helpful for the bridal party getting ready!

Kelsey is the main person I was in contact with via email with any questions I had leading up to the wedding day. She was always very prompt, responding within 24 hours, and providing details with my many questions! Both Kelsey and Troy were also very flexible with allowing several site visits between us and our vendors, and always willing to answer any questions and provide suggestions for our event.

Ka'Ala Vista is a breathtaking venue that really speaks for itself. Everyone was in awe of how beautiful it was. It was very hot earlier in the day, however we had a nice breeze during the ceremony. We did get a short window of rain, however it was followed with two rainbows which made our photos so special. I would absolutely recommend this venue not only for it's unbelievable beauty, but also for their team which is so wonderful to work with!

Ka'ala Vista is a hidden gem in North Shore of O'ahu! Did my own research for wedding venues, I narrowed down to 3 locations to visit. Ka'ala Vista was my first stop and I'm telling you, I immediately fell in love and didn't look at the rest. NO REGRETS. So beautiful and magical. The mountains are breathtaking, pictures do not do justice. Our wedding was beautiful and we got so many compliments on the location. Kelsey and Troy are so sweet and communicated very well. Helped with anything when asked. Thank you for sharing your home with us <3

I just had my wedding here last weekend and couldn't have asked for a lovelier venue. We didn't need to add much decor because every turn throughout the property that you have access to is a photo opportunity.

Even on a day there was lots of rain passing over the island, the weather directly above the venue was surprisingly nice for most of the day compared to nearby towns.

I am also glad they are dog friendly so we could include our furry children during part of our celebration.

I worked mostly with Troy and he was a pleasure to work with from the initial tour to the rehearsal day to the day of the wedding and even the day after. They were always very responsive to inquiries and provided helpful tips.

Was a wedding guest at this amazing place. We were amazed by the setting, and the service was also great. It was a magical evening. The only recommendation I can make: PLEASE PLEASE put up some kind of sign!! We had immense difficulty finding it, and then were shooed away by a local who didn't want us to be in the area. We were so confused, a whole bus of wedding guests, trying to get to the bride and groom who were waiting for us. We were a full hour late because of this confusion. It put a little stress on the parents/hosts. Even a temporary 'day-of' sign with the couple's name on it at the end of the driveway would do the trick. Gates were locked, only sign said "Goats for sale"....and locals who did not want us there. BUT don't let that take away from the wonderful space this is and the great service we had. The food, drinks, everything- an amazing place, after you find it!
