Iris was amazing. First time doing energy healing for me. It was very healing. I felt emotionally lighter after I left. The only thing that ruined my experience was I couldn’t find the place so I got there late. Once I arrived I was greeted by an older white lady I believe her name was Lisa. She appeared to be upset that I was late. She began to rush me with payment and scolded me for not bringing cash. I was not aware that I had to pay cash. Then she said that now Iris can’t get a tip because I was paying by card. She ruined my experience. The first few minutes of my session I thought of her negative attitude towards me. After the session she said very few words to me as she interacted with other clients. She had very negative energy it was not the welcome that should be provided upon entering a place like that. I am very disappointed. If my interaction was only with Iris I would have given this place a 10 out of 5.
