We’ve traveled with Kelly several times, and it’s always a good experience. The meals are good, the hotels are excellent, and the drivers and guides are great. Planning more trips soon!

After the cancelation of school trips due to Covid-19, Kelly Tours was refusing to give refunds for deposits. While this is their policy under normal circumstances, I think we can all agree nothing is normal right now.

Now they're saying we should be happy with what they are offering to return. Anything less than the entire deposit is unacceptable.

I will not allow my children to attend a Kelly Tours planned trip in the future due to this. I'm sure it would have been great, but clearly they don't care as much about their community and the families they are serving than they claim to.
