Pros: Great experience, rich with history and interesting stories about the city of Beaufort, SC. Guide was very knowledgeable.

Cons: Visibility in van was limited. Price + gratuities was just too high for time spent (less than an hour) actually touring through city.

My family and I took the bus tour with Kelly Tours Beaufort, and had a great time! The sights were amazing, the tour was filled with so much information about the history of the town, which I love, but there was also light moments when we saw where certain films were filmed, and where certain stars stayed while in Beaufort. The tour was informative, fun, entertaining and just all around a great time. Our tour guide was so nice, funny, kind and answered all questions, all the while never missing a beat of the tour. If you are visiting for the first time or even the second or third and are looking for something to do I highly recommend this tour.

This was the most amazing tour!! It beat all of my expectations!! Mrs. Evelene and Mrs. Lily made the tour so interesting and so special!!! I went on this tour with my Aunt and Uncle and had an absolute BLAST!!! I cannot recommend this tour highly enough!!!! Worth every penny! Thank you Evelene and Lily for giving us such insight into your hometown and it's incredible culture, language and traditions! We had so much fun and we will be back!!!!

Awesome tour conducted by Dean. He really knows his Beaufort history and the entire trio was extremely informative. Vehicle was comfortable and easy viewing from the windows. Good alternative to the trolleys of golf carts in cool weather.

Great tour of a beautiful town given by a very entertaining and knowledgeable guide, Jacob. Definitely recommend doing this tour when visiting the area.
Took our 3rd tour with this company yesterday and as always, we had a great time. We did the movie tour with Jacob a year ago, the Gullah tour with Evelyn last spring and historic district tour with Anne yesterday. I am uploading a few photos from yesterday to add to the ones I added the last 2 tours. Highly recommend this company.

We had the best tour with Dale! I had been to Beaufort about 7 times before and never learned so much as on this tour. Not even our friends who live there knew what we knew. We really got to learn so much about a large portion of the houses and movements in this port city. I never knew how transformative Beaufort was in the course of US history, and that is not hyperbole. I actually got teary eyed learning about Robert Smalls. The woman behind us got off and bought a ticket for the next tour to go again, and if we had thentime we would have too! Take the tour once and then come back again just to soak it in. This is the best way to learn the history and geography of the area. And there is AC! If you get Dale, he's a treat himself and might even sing some old songs for you. Neither photos nor words capture the depths of what we learned.

Took the bus tour. It was great and 90 minutes of pure history of the area. Our guide Heather spoke with high enthusiasm and highly knowledgeable of the area and its history. Ride was comfortable.

Fantastic tour of Beaufort, SC! Tour guide Kim was personable, knowledgeable and made the whole tour enjoyable. Driver Jim had no issues navigating the narrow streets and kept us safe and sound. Highly recommend this tour!
