Dominic took us out on a tour of the town and surrounding parts on the drop of a hat. So glad we called him! You don’t get the personal touch on the cruise excursions like you will with Dominic’s tours. Highly recommended!!

Unfortunately I can not recommend this company.
Initially the communication was great, and itinerary sounded ideal. 1st red flag was this is the first tour company that I’ve ever encountered that required the balance be paid in full at the time of booking even though it was 5 months out. 2nd red flag is the lack of reviews anywhere and what appears to be a business name change at some point. However, with those alarms going off the owner was prompt at always returning call, texts, emails and talked a VERY good talk.
Fast forward to our schedule full day excursion which was to include fishing on his advertised tandem kayaks along with a wild life tour. 24 prior to our tour the owner who goes by the name Dom tried to make contact with us while we’re on a cruise ship, luckily I had some service and was able to briefly correspond with him. Apparently the waters in Ketchikan had been unpredictable and he wanted to notify us that kayaking might not happen. Ok, my reply was safety first and then we discussed other things in which he could provide us a full day tour. Let’s just say what happened was less than ideal however we had paid and we’re just going to go with it, what else were we going to do at this point!?. 1 hour into the tour he drops us off downtown and says he doesn’t think he can provide us with a quality tour and offers to refund us fully. Quite honestly I’m kinda shocked at this point, but also can say from what we did in the first hour I was in agreement. We filled the rest of our time in Ketchikan with another company who felt bad for us and graciously took us out for a nice afternoon. BTW...there were kayaks out on the water with other local companies.
It has been over 30 days and no refund ever came! After several attempts to contact the owner Dom Farley his once great response has become non existent. We had a total of 8 people and paid over $2k for this tour. Whatever reason there is for not providing our excursion or our refund, there’s no excuse for falling off the planet and not being respectable enough to respond. BEWARE!!!

This tour is a scam. $75 gets you a mini bus ride to someone's backyard, walk onto a bridge, a stop on side of road to see a tiny waterfall, a drive-by of totem house with no stop, stop at hatchery but no time to tour, and drop off in middle of road at some Dolly House. No wildlife and woman driver was a joke. Filed complaint with city and AK Division of Consumer Affairs for operator Dolly's Enterprises.

Really like how customizable the tour was.
Dominic picked us up last minute because of float plane cancelation.
Fun and very informative tour of Ketchikan.
The wildlife was amazing and he took us for a crab meal afterwards.

Scam! Replies to messages before booking, then takes your money and completely ignores you and doesn’t deliver on promises. Do not trust!

Avoid this scam. It's a rough ride on a packed buss and you don't actually get to see anything.
