When looking for a wedding coordinator, my husband and I had a very specific vision that not every coordinator could accomplish: all black/purple/copper colors with a boho, vintage vibe. When we came across Keely's social media account and saw the kind of events she helps coordinates, we knew that she was the right choice. When we got off our first meeting with Keely, my husband and I instantly knew without any hesitation she was our girl for the job. Keely is also very personable, we have so many similar personality traits and we just clicked as a team. Throughout the next 12 months, she helped guide us in choosing the right vendors for our venue at Valhalla. Keely is not afraid to give honest suggestions or guidance to ensure our day could be as perfect as possible. Any questions we had at any point she responded promptly and she gave us great suggestions on how to save some money. Leading up to the month of the wedding, she ensured we had everything we needed with all vendors. On the day of, she was a total bada** keeping everything running smoothly along with her sister Lexie - they make a fabulous team. Keely absolutely KILLED it with all of the details of our wedding and worked with a DREAM TEAM of vendors. Our day was exactly how we envisioned and she even had a great time in our Volkswagen Photo booth bus. My husband and I could truly tell Keely enjoyed coordinating this wedding from beginning to end. She went above and beyond what was expected of her that night and we highly suggest hiring Keely as your wedding coordinator - especially if you have a unique vision! Thank you, Keely. YOU ROCK!
