My first time visiting Keystone Wellness was for a massage; I had no specific expectations, I just went because my chiropractor told me my neck was really tight and may help with headaches. Unrelated to the reason I went in, I had been to three different doctors about stabbing pain under my right ribs radiating to my back that just kept getting worse. Because of the location, it was a little alarming so I got an ultrasound, then a CT, lab work, suggested medications, you name it. I even developed a bit of anxiety over it. No one could find anything wrong, which was relieving. I assumed I’d just have to deal with it and I did, for over a year. I hadn’t disclosed any of this but during the massage, Tim asked if I ever got sharp pain in the exact location I had been having this issue. I dropped my jaw in shock and thought maybe he was a secret mind reader… He said a particular muscle was extremely tight and worked on that spot plus some pressure points in my head, ankles and hands! Who knew there was such a “random” connection? Tim. That’s who. Anyway, I left with no pain in that area and it has stayed away. What a wizard! Massage therapy aside, as a nurse with 3 kiddos, I can tell you our family visited Keystone this sick-season more times than an urgent care or the doctors office. Our community is truly blessed to have this one-of-a-kind facility…please take advantage of it!

Wow, where do I even begin? My experience at Keystone Wellness has been nothing short of amazing! After dealing with chronic back pain for over eight years, I was really hoping to find some relief. While visiting family in Ohio, I discovered Keystone Wellness and reached out to them about their medical massage services. Right from the start, Timothy Lusk was so friendly and helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions over the phone and quickly set up an appointment for me.

During my two-week stay, I saw Timothy three times for massages and also tried three PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) treatments. Let me tell you, the level of care I received was outstanding! After just one session, I felt a noticeable difference. Timothy truly has a gift; he’s not just skilled but also genuinely caring. Each time I came in, he checked in to see how I was feeling and addressed every concern I had. It really made me feel valued and well taken care of.

Another thing I loved was the faith-based atmosphere at Keystone Wellness. There are Bible verses around the place that emphasize hope and healing, and you can really feel Timothy’s sincerity when it comes to faith. It added such a comforting touch to the whole experience and made my journey toward recovery feel even more special.

Timothy was also super thorough! He customized each session to tackle my specific pain points and his understanding of the body was apparent. It really made a difference in how I felt. He provided me with practical advice and techniques to manage my symptoms, and thanks to his help, my 10-hour car ride back to Wisconsin was way more comfortable than I expected! He even went the extra mile by giving me info for a chiropractor near my home and recommending a local PEMF practitioner.

The vibe at Keystone Wellness is so warm and inviting. The staff is friendly and professional, creating an environment where you just feel at ease right away.

The only downside… They’re a solid 10 hours away from where I live in Wisconsin! But honestly, after my experience, I’d make that trip again in a heartbeat for the incredible care they provide.

I can’t thank Timothy and the team at Keystone Wellness enough for their amazing work! If you’re dealing with chronic pain or just looking for some excellent wellness treatments, I wholeheartedly recommend them. They truly made a positive impact on my life, and I can’t recommend them enough!
