Before moving to Ottumwa (for two years), I struggled to find a nice, dog-friendly home. Thankfully, KG Corporate Living was recommended to me and it has been to best renting experience I can imagine. It felt like meeting family friends as Teresa & Steve showed me their gorgeous properties and community. One fear I have for the future (one of many) is that handshakes and friendly relationships will no longer be apart of businesses but it is for KG Corporate Living.
Any issue was handled immediately along with ensuring all needs met including entertainment events and where to hike or bike ride along the River. Moving is stressful unless furniture, internet, utilities and all snow removal/yard work is taken care of by the time you you arrive!

The rental is far superior to a hotel stay. All the amenities of home, when away.
Your provided with a good amount of initial supplies to help avoid shopping when you arrive. You cannot go wrong!

I rented with KG corporate Living when I moved to Ottumwa for work. Theresa and Steve were really great to work with, not only were they accommodating to me and my dog, but they went out of their way to make me feel welcome and at home. They were always responsive and quick to assist with any needs that arose. The properties I stayed in were very nice, clean, safe, comfortable and met all my needs, AND provided care free living. I greatly enjoyed my time (8 months) staying with KG Corporate Living, and I highly recommend them, great people and a great company!

Loved my time in Ottumwa thanks to the beautiful apartment I had there. The apartment was immaculate and had everything I could need, linens, kitchen and coffee. Even though it was in an older building, all was brand new and updated. Individual off-street parking was really appreciated. There was even a little gift bag when I arrived. Would definitely recommend 10/10.

Was a great experience renting from Teresa and Steve. The apartment was clean, well-stocked and had all the facilities. It was a perfect place for me, while I shuttled between Ottumwa and the Quad Cities - where my family was based at the time. Their responsiveness was excellent. I had a problem with the dishwasher, and it was replaced immediately with a brand new one.

I spent 4 months in a home with KG Corporate Living. The hospitality was top notch and the home was so well kept, clean, and in great condition. Very comfortable, really is a home away from home. Teresa was just a phone call away and very quick to respond. I was very impressed with everything that was included with the rental. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.
