5 plus in my book wish I’d gotten the names of the 2 women who work there I had called and left a message about an hour before I got there I needed a duplicate birth record. And she looked me up and said yup you’re in the right town. She gave me a form to fill out and wha-la she had it ready before I could finish the form. Then as
I was exiting I received a phone call from her associate replying to my voicemail. However I might have disappointed her when I told her I just
Walked out. It was awesome to have a live person return my voice mail. Because I wasn’t sure which town I lived in at my birth so I had called Putnam town hall much earlier in the day. But they never returned my call. So big kudos to the two women of which both had me saturated with their smiling face’s, and were customer oriented.

I don't get this thought process. Everything says they are open until noon on Friday but the doors are locked at 11:30. I called and was told the doors are always locked a half hour early. So why not post the true hours that the public can access the building? Could be handled better. So I just went back onto the website and found two different listing. Two different sets of closing times. Not confusing at all.

My doors were installed through the CommunityDevelopmentBlockGrantCDBG which is a low income loan program administered by each town. The leak and have leaked since they were installed. The Town Manager Mary Colario and Project Manager Mary Bromm both saw the damage, improperly installed doors and siding. The Building inspectors saw in person and passed the actively leaking doors!!! #townofkillingly #killinglytowncouncil #Egrandelski #pattilarrowgeorge #jasonanderson all know this situation!!
