Ted coordinated our Holland American cruise to the Eastern Caribbean. He made our experience seamless and stress free. We travelled with Ted and his wife Susana on our recent Rhine River Castle Cruise and could not believe how Ted was constantly on top of every detail of pre-trip planning, the trip itself and, post cruise arrangements. We have never had a trip adviser go to such great lengths to answer each question and put us at ease while traveling multiple countries. We plan to rely on Ted to plan future travel as we explore other parts of the world.

Worked with Ted and the team to plan a perfect 17 day trip to 4 of the Hawaiian Islands. Accommodations were fantastic, flights between islands easy, rental cars waiting for us at each location. He also gave us feedback and recommendations on how to maximize our time in Hawaii. Great vacations.

Ted is one first-class travel agent. He worked with us tirelessly on a recent trip to the Florida Keys, finding us upgrades we didn't know were available, setting up excursions off the island for us, even checking in with us mid-stay to make sure everything was going well. The only thing he didn't do was come down and fix us a margarita--but the bartenders took care of us on that! Highly recommend.
