My boss, Ted and I have had it with Kimball
For the last few years, our company has had ever-growing issues with Kimball trash company
Simple things like just picking up our trash our trash schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Friday
But yet in the last couple years, we call we get deflected and spun in conversation. Oh, you should add a fourth day a week. Why would we add a fourth day a week when you cannot pick up the trash already on your regular Schedule

Our company is extremely dissatisfied with the service of Kimball company. We want out of contract with them so we can get another company that can actually do what they’re paid to do pick up the trash. We have spent over 100 hours on the phone trying to talk to Kimball in the last couple years calling the rep directly on their line we can never get to his manager. We get put on hold all the time when we call the company itself. This is just a bit ridiculous and enough is enough, we want out of contract with this company
Our trash was never picked up Monday here it is 4:18 PM Tuesday afternoon. Will they come tomorrow?
We barely have any trash cans left
When they do finally pick up this mess that we have are they gonna put all the rest of the trash in the dumpster and take that too

Anymore as a simple employee I’m just fed up myself and decided to write this review. This is slowing down the operations of our company and creating a mess. My boss is just wants out of contract to get a company that will do what they’re paid to do. it is not our fault that you cannot keep employees that you do not have drivers you’ve told us numerous times, it is also not our fault that drivers will periodically pull into the parking lot so they can get pinged on GPS and then back out and leave and not actually empty our trash

These are photos my boss took. He said he had a lot more just about all of. These is a different day wher Kimball didn’t pick up our trash.
It took them three weeks just to Pick up their dumpster After the owner had had enough and fired them
My boss explained to me what was explained to him about their employees they have none. Their priority is residential trash, pick up, not commercial. They’re taking on too many contracts and are unable to fulfill the contracts.
They currently have a list of 168 dumpsters. They have to pick up due to cancellations of service.
If you need a commercial dumpster, take it from me higher Republic services or Rumpke if need be waste management, but do not hire Kimball Don’t waste your money or your time or company has spent the last three years on the phone with them. It has been a nightmare. No one needs to go through that. They probably owe us anywhere from 50 to 100 trash pick up. It would be nice to get cut a check for that money.💯💯

Update: This company blows!!!! After speaking to a supervisor it was okay for a few weeks but here we go again!! Yet again another week of "container not out" they will be getting a phone call tomorrow. I'm over their lies, container sitting out for 24 hrs waiting for pickup yet they put "container not out". I have had it with kimble trash and their deplorable customer service! You want your bill on time yet I can't even get my trash picked up? What a joke! Someone needs to call the local news on this company because this is a joke!

Horrible trash company. The service from kimble these past 3 months has been abysmal to say at the least. Constantly missed pickups, delays, or my favorite when they mark "service completed" indicating that trash was picked up and it was never even touched and they never even came down the street that day. When I called to complain that trash hadn't been picked up for 2 weeks I was met with questions about "was your can out in time?" Like yes it was out there for 2 weeks since your company can't perform the services that are being paid for. When paying for weekly pickup I expect weekly pickup. I will be calling again to voice frustration and demand a credit on my bill as this is unacceptable. I'm sure they will have some excuse as to why it can't be credited or why they keep missing. I'm fed up with this, time to start looking for a new provider if this keeps up. I also think it's time the local news hears about this and their false claims of "service completed" When the trash truck never even came down the street. If you have a choice to go with ANYONE OTHER THAN KIMBLE for trash removal at your residence i highly recommend you do!

My trash wasn't picked up if wind blew my can over or fell over for whatever reason for 3 weeks straight. Then my neighbor cancelled his service ( I live in a duplex) so they took my cans on accident. I was told they would bring new cans that will take a month. I have to set out bags till then and the raccoons are tearing them up trash all over my yard. They never even offered to take anything off my bill which is on auto pay. I really wish Stow would choose a better service they are horrible.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. Trash pickup day is on Thursday morning. My can has been sitting out since Wednesday night. They said due to human error by a new driver my can was not emptied. My can was the only one not emptied. I have spoken with them everyday for 3 days and even twice in a day. They stated they would be sending someone, and yet no one has showed up. I am refusing to continue to pick up the trash that is being destroyed by the raccoons. If it would have been picked up on Thursday then it wouldn’t have been destroyed. This is by far the worst trash company I have ever encountered!

We're BEYOND disappointed and frustrated at this week's trash & recycling pickup!! Not only was the pickup delayed (Saturday instead of Friday), but the recycle truck driver picked up the bin, but not the broken down boxes that were next to it. We even made sure to break down and tie the boxes. He also did the same for our next door neighbor, even knocking the can partially into the street. He was clearly aware because he had to maneuver around the can!. My Husband immediately walked down to the truck; by this time it was two houses down and the driver was outside of the truck. My Husband called to the driver, who literally looked at him and just climbed back into the truck without speaking a word! I tried calling Kimble but of course they're already closed for the day. Sadly this is not the first time this has happened. I completely understand that with the holiday and weather your company is likely short staffed, however you'd think that the ones who actually showed up to work would ACTUALLY WORK and not be half assed! Sorry to say but the quality of Kimble services are getting progressively worse by the year, please get it together!

Recycling been sitting outside since Monday night. Suppose to pick it up on Tuesdays. Still Thursday not been picked up. No email notifications to let us know of any delays nothing. We have had high winds since Monday and now everyone's boxes and cans are all over the neighborhood. I called them and the lady on the phone sounded super uneducated and super unprofessional when answering my questions. And all she can say, is they had trouble with the route Tuesday. Will be here today, but couldn't give times nor promises it would for sure be today. Yet on Tuesday the truck drove right by everyone, picked up stuff a street over, then forgot our street. Sounds like someone or some people in Kimble needs to be held accountable. Maybe the one that screwed up the route can come pick up the trash in our neighborhood?

I've had Kimble service for about 10 years, I absolutely love my trash guy, he is always quick and efficient with a big smile on his face. Due to my road being pretty rough I sometimes get skipped for pickup but when they are able to get out there they will take it all! My bill has also pretty muched stayed the same amount which makes me a happy costumer.

On my last trash pickup day Thursday the 6th -we woke up to a bad Ice storm! My driveway was a sheet of ice and it's on an incline. I tried to get my trash can down the drive as far as I could, slipping and sliding the whole time, but I only managed to make it halfway down the drive. To my suprise, the employee that services our route must've seen the garbage can halfway to the curb, and with all the ice, got out the truck to come up my driveway to collect and empty the can! I just wanted to take the time to say thank you and let them know how appreciative I am that they went above and beyond to help. It means a lot! Thank you!
