Kirk met us on Sacramento River, we got our limit on striper bass and then he offered us place to stay in his cabin. Where we did and the next morning he took us to Shasta Lake where we slayed the spotted bass.

Very accommodating, professional, and very experienced.

Highly recommend

BEST DAY EVER!
Captain Kirk was great. He knew right where to put the boat to get fish, was personable and easy. Being neophytes to fishing Kirk set up the fishing polls for us and took the fish off the hook. He was so patient teaching us how to cast and bring in the fish. We caught a bunch of Rainbow Trout, can't recommend Kirk enough!!

BEST DAY EVER PART 2!
Kirk was awesome. We had an amazing day fishing on Whiskeytown for Kokanee Salmon. We caught 18 fish thanks to his expert guidance. He also spotted a bald eagle which caught a fish right in front of us. I highly recommend Kirk for beginners like us.

We fished with Kirk 3 times this season, twice on the Rouge and once on the Chetco. All 3 trips were different and amazing. Limited out on the July trip with decent fish. The second trip on the Rouge fishing was slow but everyone on the boat got 1.The picture is from the Chetco this week. What a trip!! Can’t wait for next season!

I would highly recommend Kirk as your next fishing guide. I have been fishing with Kirk since 2015 with the Chavez family i can assure you it is a blast. His knowledge and expertise is exceptional for the beginning to advanced fisherman.

We drive 6 hours to fish with Kirk to catch some of the biggest Salmon the Sac river has to offer. I will continue to fish with Kirk in the future. I have attached some photos of our experience.

Had a fantastic days fishing with my son and grandkids on Shasta with Kirk, super host and experienced fisherman, caught 18 decent Rainbows and missed a couple of big ones. Would highly recommend to both experienced and novice anglers, wonderful days fishing cheers Kirk ?

My son and I have been customers since 2014. We fish each October for both Salmon and Trout. Kirk and Lisa have treated us exceptionally well with their accommodations to our needs each year. They give us an honest assessment of the current conditions giving us the best opportunity to catch fish and have such a great time year after year. I would be remiss if I did not mention another of the guides that works with the company. Dave has literally taught my son everything he currently knows about fishing (we are not the most outdoorsy, and from a place with no rivers).
