Terrible management. They had 7 rounds of lay off in 2023 and let thousands of ppl let go. Their salary is way under the market. Run, don't look back!

This company is predatory. They will call your employees and try to convince them to "look" at other opportunities. When the employee stated no they followed up with an email. I called them and they mentioned that this is their modus operandi. If they found me an employee I would not be surprised if they would still shop the employee to other employers. As an employer I do not appreciate these tactics whether it is the industry standard or not.
