Where do I even begin! My husband and I have said time and time again that choosing to hire Kristi was the best possible decision we made throughout the wedding planning process.

She was recommended to me by a friend and I felt like it was fate. I had set up a few calls with different planners, and called Kristi while I was in Avila visiting my mom. Just so happens she was also in Avlia, so we met and chatted about wedding details over mimosas! Turns out we had tons of mutual friends, and we just loved her from the start.

I started planning my wedding towards the end of law school, so I wanted to do a ton of upfront planning so that I could take 3 months off to study for the bar exam. Kristi was so good about helping me get stuff done early. She also made a point to hardly contact me at all during those 3 months of bar prep which I SO appreciated.

She also is a mind reader. There were a few times there were vendors I wasn't satisfied with, but I didn't want to trouble her or anyone else with rescinding a contract, but somehow Kristi always knew when I was feeling this way and would come right out and say it and start taking steps to do what I wanted.

She helped plan my bridal shower (which was phenomenal), my rehearsal dinner (which was also incredible), and of course the wedding, and everything went off without a hitch. There was one time I couldn't make it to a venue tour, and so she and my mom went. My mom later sent me a photo of them trying champagne for the wedding and it looked like they were having so much fun! It made me feel so good about not being there, knowing everything was in good hands.

On wedding day, Kristi had such great energy and was firm when she needed to be, but also made sure everyone had a great time. I kept going up to her to see if there were things I needed to do, but she always just told me to enjoy myself. She even hand delivered me champagne throughout the night!

I reiterate, Kristi as the best decision we made for our wedding and we love her so so much. THANK YOU KRISTI!

Kristi is absolutely fantastic!!!

From the beginning, she suggested so many different vendor options and noted the pros and cons of each which saved me so much personal time of researching and calling vendors.

Kristi is very thorough via email and text which is greatly appreciated. Regular check in calls and texts helped me stay on track and organized.

Wedding week, I was honestly very calm because I trusted Kristi so much and knew she had been calling the vendors to confirm details and texting me for little updates but overall she had it all covered.

Wedding day was seriously perfect. She surprised me and snagged my flowers from the church and used them for the reception which made my day. At the reception, she took care of us in whatever we needed and kept us on time while still having fun. Great spirit and so much fun to work with. Everything we asked for was executed perfectly.

Kristi is amazing. When I started the process of finding a coordinator, I wasn't really sure what to go off of since I didn't have any initial references, nor had I ever hired a vendor before. I contacted a few, and as soon as Kristi and I started exchanging emails, my (now) wife and I fell in love, and knew she was so perfect for our big day. She knows everyone in Arroyo Grande where we were getting married, and since we weren't really familiar with the area, it was such a blessing to have her. Communications with her are such a breeze. She gets back to you so quickly, she's always a phone call, text, or email away - something she promised us from the beginning and she always stayed true to that. Even from our initial email she was already giving us advice and suggestions to use. She knew exactly what she was doing and such a pro. Anytime we had an issue or question in our wedding process, she was right there to lead us in the right direction. The day of the wedding was such a breeze thanks to her. She's really on top of your schedule and great at keeping things on track. You never once have to worry about anything! She was always one step ahead and always asking questions for things we didn't even realize we would have to consider down the road. We truly had our dream wedding thanks to her. When we first got engaged our friends kept saying, find a good coordinator and it makes all the difference. I can confidently say Kristi fits that exact description. I highly recommend her as your wedding coordinator.

Kristi was fantastic! We booked her about 9 months before our wedding day. She helped get us started and kept us on track to make sure we got everything done that we needed to do. She helped point us in the right direction for some vendors and points of focus. A few days before our wedding day the forecast showed rain and she worked with our vendors to put together a plan B and everything went smoothly. Her daughter helped out on the day of and was very sweet and helpful as well.

She was very responsive whether by call, text, or email. I knew nothing about what goes into planning a wedding, but Kristi had all the answers.

Guest comments all said some version of "She was firm, yet friendly" in directing people to keep our schedule. And "She did a great job."
