Living in Bermuda weddings can be very expensive. When my wife and I were planning our wedding we wanted something small and intimate with immediate family and friends only, and that’s when we decided on having a destination wedding. Being that we are into wine, we started looking at venues in Napa Valley and Sonoma. Our first visit in wine country was amazing and we immediately fell in love. Looking for venues was a bit of a challenge because all the vineyards are absolutely gorgeous. We ended up selecting Trentadue Winery as our venue and immediately started working with a wedding coordinator. As time went by a lot of our meetings were done via video conference, which was a bit of a challenge. And, to make matters worse, our wedding coordinator resigned from Trentadue. We were contacted by a new wedding coordinator. We felt uneasy at first because we had to bring the new coordinator up to speed on our needs. Because it was a destination wedding, we were not confident. The new coordinator assured us that everything would be ok. Then one month out from our wedding date, the new wedding coordinator resigned as well. My wife and I were distraught. We were convinced that our special day would not go as planned and unsure if it would even happen. That’s when we were put in touch with Krista. She contacted us and told us that everything would be ok and that we were in good hands. Krista was our third coordinator and we were not convinced at the time. Here it is we were having a destination wedding three wedding coordinator’s in, a month out from being married, many venders not booked as yet and Krista saying don’t panic she’s got this. Well on that special day, she truly kept her word. The whole day ran smoothly with Krista in the background giving direction and coordinating everything perfectly. She even threw in a few surprises that made our day extra special. Her attention to detail is quite remarkable, because she only had one month to pull off a wedding we had been planning for close to one year. Thank you Krista! You really helped make our wedding day really special.

Krista is very nice and extremely professional. Hired her for my wedding and she thought of details I had no idea about. Dealt with all vendors on our behalf and took stress of my shoulders.
