I was leaving for Cancun last minute to catch up with friends, and need a ticket as close to the airport as possible. The staff was able to get me a last minute ticket almost half of what I would have paid.

Sometimes they take forever to answer their phones, but once you get through they are very thorough. They also had a shuttle service from the Westin, so I was able to just take that to the airport in minutes.

Tried to pick up my rental car after my flight was delayed by an hour and the location was closed. Had to walk across the street to Thrifty and rent one there. Refund proceeded in 7-10 business days. Super aggravating and I will go with a more established company in the future.
