L & B Travel is the BEST travel agency I've ever worked with. They have booked us (2) two European vacations, and we will continue to use them and will continue to recommend them to our family and friends. Hannah is our go-to travel agent. She is responsive and thoughtful and gives you a few different options. Our most recent trip was to Paris. Everything was done to perfection, and our trip went smoothly. All of our hotels have been amazing and centrally located.

L & B Travel is amazing!! They put together my trip itinerary from beginning to end, walked me through every step, answered all my questions, and provided multiple options for flights, hotels, excursions, etc. They didn’t rest until I was satisfied with the whole thing! In addition, they provided an outstanding service while I was on a trip: my outbound international flight was delayed and I was in danger of missing my connecting flight. They provided other flight options and even contacted the hotel to ensure my driver would pick me up from the airport according to my revised itinerary, if needed. Finally, when one of the excursions went sideways, they reached out to the agency and got my money back! L & B provided truly an exceptional service. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

We used L & B Travel for our honeymoon to Italy (Rome, Amalfi, Florence and Venice) in January 2024. After months of wedding planning, we did not want to handle any of the travel logistics for our wedding. This is when we turned to L&B. We gave our budget and Hannah booked all of our hotels (4 different cities) and transportation (international flights and cross-country trains). They even gave multiple itineraries for us to choose from both under budget! Hannah even took into consideration location preference, breakfast options, and vibe. All of our hotels were absolutely amazing and centrally located, and using L & B travel really made our whole experience that much more seamless and memorable, allowing us to focus on enjoying our honeymoon.

My wife and I worked with Hannah who booked our trip to Italy. We had an amazing time. Everything was perfect, especially the level of detail in the master plan that she put together for us. We had a small hiccup with our airline that turned out to be nothing, but she was available and helped confirm our flight. We had been saving up for a "Trip of a Lifetime". I found Sebastian at L&B Travel. And boy did he deliver. Not only did he save us a fortune. He found us the best places to stay and the best flights possible. I am a nervous traveller and wanted everything perfect , He was so patient and understanding. This was our second trip with L&B, this time to Europe. Hannah took care of everything, cheerfully and helpfully. We had seven family members all wanting something different at various points during our trip and Hannah managed it all! I felt so bad during the planning process because a couple of members of our group kept changing their minds, but Hannah was always gracious and helpful. Travel is expensive these days, but she was able to get us the flights we wanted and some very nice hotels. It was a great experience, and when we travel again, I will be going back to Hannah (if she will have us, haha!).

I highly recommend L&B Travel! Sebastian was amazing to work with! I can’t recommend him enough!! He was so easy to work with, so prompt, attentive, during the planning process for our Honeymoon & during our trip to France and Italy! We made some last minute changes & he handled everything so quickly! I will definitely work with him again in the future for all of my vacations! Thank you again!
